I will keep this short. I have done a lot of remodeling, and construction and Tim did a amazing job, he took his time and was very thowral with the inspection.

This house had just been renovated and he was able to detect the smallest things that the house needed. The small details he was able to see and explain to me the importance of everything.

He did not cut corners and took his time to the point I left and told him to call me because I trusted him very much.

I will not go into details of his inspections just that he looked over everything and I was very happy with his work.

Tim did a fantastic job. I appreciated the heads up on life expectancy of appliances so I’m better able to plan for the cost of replacing them. He was very personable and willing to answer all my questions.

Inspection was very thorough. The inspector was great. Only complaint is the length it took him. I came to the house after 2 hours and I didn’t see paperwork for another hour. We still needed to go through the paperwork. Better communication about length of time would be best.

I need to recommend this guy. He found asbestos and radon issues in a home we had an accepted offer on. Seller had not disclosed the issues prior to negotiations and it is clear to me after the fact that they at least must have had partial knowledge of one or both of the issues. We could not come to terms with the seller and thanks to Tim we were able to make an informed decision and walk away from the deal within the inspection period (read "get our earnest money back"). We found a non poisonous home in which to raise our 3 young boys the following week. And of course we had Tim inspect it first! Thanks Tim!
