First, I booked the appointment on-line on a Saturday. Alex called me that day to confirm. She was in contact with me more than once, by phone and email confirming details. She sent 2 gentlemen to do the inspection. They were efficient and thorough. I am completely happy with this company and recommend them highly. Glad they came to my current home for an inspection so I could use them on my new home.

Great job. Very thorough and professional. The guys went over our house with a fine tooth comb. The information that was provided was very helpful on our decision to purchase and also to negotiate a price due to repairs needed. Joe and his team (3 in all, since they were free that day) arrived ahead of schedule and got straight to work. They were friendly, and worked quickly, quietly and neatly. Even wore fabric booties over their shoes to protect carpet. The team was thorough, and spread out like a swat team. When they were finished, everything in the home appeared untouched and was exactly as it was when we arrived. After the inspection, they reviewed everything with great attention to detail, including showing us the few areas to watch; they even offered maintenance advice for us in the future.
