InSpecPRO once again proved to us that we have selected a top-rate service for pest control and inspection services. Joe was on-time, friendly, and efficient. He answered all my questions and did an excellent job. Before I could even bring up some concerns regarding some pesky ants on the outer edge of the yard, Joe had already addressed the issue. I have been back to the two anthills since Joe treated the yard, and I cannot find any evidence of their return. Shortly after Joe came, our neighbor chatted with us. She was waiting (and waiting and waiting and waiting ...) for a competitor service to address their pest control issues. The service gave her a two- to four-hour window and had not shown up during that period. By contrast, Joe had given us a 30-minute window. InSpecPRO handled our home inspection when we purchased our home in Aug. Recently we encountered a minor maintenance issue. We inquired about whether this item was covered under InSpecPRO's warrantee. It technically did not qualify for coverage. Nonetheless, Joe at InSpecPRO answered our questions and then scheduled a professional service to come in to handle the issue, all at InSpecPRO's expense. We paid nothing out of pocket. We found this level of customer service rare indeed. We highly recommend InSpecPRO. They have more than earned our continued confidence.

InSpecPRO did a quick and efficient job, providing excellent, practical information for us as we prepared to buy our new home. Their report came with photographs, areas of concern (all of them relatively minor, but helpful nonetheless), and a detailed account of what they evaluated. We were impressed.

I had an urgent timeline to close on a new build property. They met our quick need and provided valuable information we needed to prevent a closing with a roof leak. We would not have seen this until the clothes in our closet were damaged by water. So glad we hired inspecpro. It was not only the inspection and the high level of detail, but the fact that we received a written report very fast and a video of the leak which was a critical item.
