Timing was wrong for the real estate lady but the inspector stayed as long as he could, then made the effort to meet the real estate lady the next day. Very nice and very cooperative.

InspecPRO/Joe Bernier, is the BEST OF THE BEST. I have a "you get what you pay for mentality". In order to know the truth, to make an informed decision on what problems really exist in your home or potential new home, you need to know everything. Joe and his team are VERY EXPERIENCED. Other than a couple typo's (hahaha), his reports are very thorough and accurate. He does follow-ups, guarantee's his inspections...I could praise them all night, but you get the jest of this. This home I'm contracted to buy looks great on the inside but structurally it's a complete mess. Roof damage, leaks in walls, wrong breakers....lights go on and off, windows were replaced and they leak. Several $1,000's to fix. Without his thorough inspection I would have never known until it was too late. For a BUYER, they are worth their weight in Gold. For a SELLER, he could be a nightmare in a sense....

Extremely Professional and very meticulous in the discharge of his duties. He covered the entire structure and provided a very detail report of the findings along with solutions to get the issues resolved.

The inspection went well, Mr. Joe Bernier have a pleasant attitude and took his time to explained everything to us. We were satisfied and we will refer this company to anyone that need such service.

I thought Joe and his tech did a great job. They were very thorough in inspecting everything and
answering any questions that we may have had. They gave us an explanation of what wrong and
how to go about fixing everything.

They did send the report with videos but we cannot get them to open up. I would appreciate it if someone can
explain how to watch them..

This is the second inspection Joe has done for me in the past 3 months and I could not be more pleased with his services. HIs attention to detail is almost unbelievable, there will not be one item that will go unchecked, and I am talking about the smallest of details will be in his report. I am currently in the process of trying to close on a house that has multiple safety hazards, and Joe's reports are so detailed there is no way a seller could deny his reports or inspections. Joe Bernier and his team did an excellent job from top to bottom on inspecting the house I am potentially going purchase. They had great attention to detail and found so many things that an average inspector would not bother to find, in my opinion.
