They were excellent. Very efficient for appt to completion. The friendly, knowledgeable tech determined the problem, the part was on the truck so no waiting for that and our refrigerator was repaired in no time. I couldn’t be happier.

We had an extended warranty through Lowe’s. Our Samsung refrigerator small drawer quit cooling. They sent out a tech. He diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and came back just a few days later and replaced it within 15 minutes. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick.

I used the services of Insight Appliance Repair to get my fridge and freezer repaired. They sent Rafael to perform the repair work. He made sure that he ordered the parts timely and made the repair in a couple of days. He also provided me update on the parts ordered and when he would come to install the parts. Overall, very good experience.

Insight diagnosed the problem on Tuesday, wrangled with the warranty company, and repaired the issue on Thursday, Aug 11th! My problem began on July 1st with my warranty company sending a different repairer- followed by many obstacles to the repair. When Rafael understood the background of the problem, he responded, "You have had enough headaches with this. I will take care of it and will be back in a few days." He did exactly that! I highly recommend Rafael and Insight. He knows what he is going!

Rafael was amazing to work with! I was referred to him as the local appliance repair vendor from Electrolux customer service. He had a timely appointment available after requesting service and was able to come the next day, quickly assess the issue and order a part to fix it. The part was ordered and quickly delivered and the following week, he returned to fix the issue and now I'm good as new. Luckily my repair was really quick and easy and not a major issue, however the noise associated with the issue was more of a nuisance itself. I'm happy that I was matched with Insight and will use their services from now on out. They are great to work with and very communicative!

Our four year old refrigerator compressor went out and Rafael was awesome. We had a Sears home warranty and they kept sending us to other companies and Rafael did a great job fixing our dishwasher about a year ago and we requested him again for the refrigerator and it worked out great.
