From the moment I called to request service for my LG refrigerator that wasn’t cooling, Rafael was so professional. He requested a couple of numbers from the fridge, and the next thing I knew, he had submitted paperwork to LG and got the work order to do the job. All within a day! He knew exactly what to do!
Rafael texted and asked if he could come the next day and fix my refrigerator and gave me a window of time. When he was on his way, I received a text and a call saying he was on his way.
Upon arrival, he went to work and within a little over an hour, my refrigerator had a new compressor!
I will use Rafael for any type of appliance repair in the future and gladly refer him to anyone that needs appliance repair!

Rafael was awesome. He communicated regularly to keep us updated on getting the part delivered for our stove ( COVID caused delays). Once the part arrived he came out right away to fix our gas stove.
