My fridge stopped cooling completely and a friend recommended Insight Appliance Repair. I called them and Rafael came out the same day. I told him what was happening and he diagnosed the issue in less than 5 minutes. He was able to get the part (under warranty) and fix the issue the next day. My refrigerator is now cooling like new and ice maker is working again. I highly recommend Rafael and Insight for their prompt response and explanation of the issues.

Rafael is such a fair, incompetent technician. He just came over and evaluated my microwave. Although we cannot diagnose exactly what the cause of the issue was the microwave is now working. He is fair, trustworthy, and honest, I would definitely recommend his company.

Very fast and the most knowledgeable repair service that made our refrigerator good as new again. Other companies that were sent to replace a compressor on our fridge were not knowledgeable or able to work on it. Rafael was very experienced and will most definitely request his service on all other appliances in the future!

Rafael found the problem in maybe minutes and waa out in less than 30 minutes. The refrig was working properly in 2 hours. I would reccomend him and his company to anyone who has a problem with an appliance.

The technician was wonderful. Knew exactly what was wrong. Microwave was down less than a year ago and another company came and repaired it. They replaced had burned out or shorted out but didn't replace the part that caused it. He knew his business fixed and replaced. Wonderful work. I would highly recommend.

Basically, as soon as I decided to sell my house, my 5 year old fridge stopped cooling. I had LG send assign me a repair service. They came out 4 times, with at least a week between each visit, replaced the compressor twice, and closed out my ticket before making sure it started cooling again. It never did.
I had to reopen a ticket with LG, and this time they sent me Insight Appliance Repair.

Rafael came quickly, identified the problem as something completely different, and had my fridge fixed within 30 minutes - 1 week before my closing.
My fridge had been broken for 2 months! He literally saved me at least a couple thousand of dollars by fixing it in time for the sale!

Called LG about our craft ice maker died . They promptly sent Insight appliance repair. Our Tech Raphael was on time kept me informed of arrival time , then immediately fixed the ice maker . He had the part and now we have ice !

Great service, my Samsung Refrigerator had a problem with the lights on the buttons not working the person came in looked at it and a few days later came with part and replaced it brand new again.

My microwave was initially tripping my circuit breaker every time I opened the door, I just kept using it like this for a few weeks, then it would trip the circuit break every time I pushed start. I contacted an appliance repair company close to my home and they came out and told me it couldn’t be repaired. I then talked to Rafael from Insight Appliance Repair who said look I believe I can repair it. He was on time, and very professional. Rafael not only repaired the microwave, he explained what was happening. Rafael is excellent and performed an amazing job. We will use him going forward and refer him to our neighbors
