I loved Inbalance Physical Therapy because from my first time in the door everyone that I was in contact with was very attentive and interested in my recovery and quality of life going forward. My physical therapist, Julie Castro, was simply amazing. She explained what we were doing and why. She was also very encouraging about my progress. My other therapist, Bree, also was wonderful. In a very short while , we moved from patient/therapist to friends. Bree and Julie pushed me when I needed that and other times when I was in pain they backed off a little, but always with my well being foremost.
Inbalance is a great choice for physical therapy.

If you are wondering where to go for your PT, wonder no more...Inbalance (Queen Creek and Mesa) should be the place. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being the best in professional expertise and demeanor, facility cleanliness, staff professionalism, positive attitude, sense of humor) Inbalance scores a 10 in all categories. Moreover, once you pick Inbalance you may be lucky enough to get paired with either Julie Cortina or Larry Ortega as I was for 4 months. Both are very passionate in your therapy and care and your progress. They got me healed much earlier than normal following rotator cuff surgery. As a former scientist in pharma, my goal was to try to stump Julie, Larry and others with a scientific question at each visit. I failed in my quest...they were just too smart and savvy. Thank you Julie and Larry! I doubt very few people say they miss you, but I for one, do.

Great clinic and amazing staff. The level of care that patients receive there are top notch. Only complaint I have is that the technician kyle has no work ethic. Lazy lazy lazy. He sits on the toilet 4 to 5 times a day for 20 to 25 minutes at a time. Management is paying an employee to take a dump on company time.
