The environment was pleasant until I noticed the one of the female technicians was being openly rude to one of the male technicians WHILE IN FRONT OF THE PATIENTS. I noticed the female technician had a snotty voice when speaking to the male technician, and never smiled. Why can't the staff create a pleasant environment for not only the staff, but for the patients? I am displeased.

I am indebted to my therapist, Krysta Sullivan, DPT, for helping me to get an excellent functional outcome after my total knee replacement. Dr. Sullivan is an outstanding PT who kept me on track throughout my recovery. Krysta was very professional, knowledgeable, and she always listened and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone needing PT. I’d also like to commend the fine staff at Inbalance including the techs, front desk and scheduling, billing, and other PTs who contributed to my care. It was a pleasure working with this team.
