Some people are meant to be business owners , and Juan is definitely one of those people. I called around a dozen different custom apparel places before I stumbled upon Juan and I wish I had found him sooner. We placed an order for 35 shirts and needed them done in less than 48 hours and he delivered. We then placed an order for another 130 shirts immediately after and they were able to turn those around for us in 3 business days! Everyone else quoted me 7-10. From his enthusiasm over the phone, to the execution and responsiveness, to his quality of work! I plan to do much more business with the Imperial team!

I’d say a majority of these embroidery companies in south Florida lack communication or responding back in terms of doing business. Imperial custom apparel respond within seconds and they’re extremely professional. They did an outstanding job on my companies polo shirts.
