I am closing on my house today, well a house that I inherited. My stepmom had just started a cleaning service with Immaculate Clean, so after she passed, it made sense to use the same company. Well let me tell you, I am so glad I made that decision. Immaculate Clean not only did a fantastic job cleaning, they provided me with some of the best customer service I have ever received. If you happen to get Natelie assisting you, well you hit the jackpot. They even helped me find other companies to assist with other household projects that were on the realtors to do list. Don’t wait, call them now. You will not regret it!

Immaculate Clean did a wonderful job with my home. They're transparent, up front, punctual, and we especially appreciated them using pet/kid friendly cleaning products. They still get the job done and we don't have to worry about and lingering strong chemical smells. Natalie was a treat to work with and we're excited to finally have some bandwidth freed up from not having to clean every weekend!

Lauren, Casey, and Natelie were fantastic. They were very easy to work with and extremely friendly. My home is now spotless thanks to them. I will definitely be passing their information along to anyone I know who needs help cleaning their home.

Immaculate Clean was very gracious in allowing me to postpone service on short notice without penalty due to a medical emergency. Fortunately I was able to reschedule service for the following day and Kelsey, a substitute technician performed the biweekly service and was outstanding. This is the last housekeeping service you'll ever need!

Absolutely incredible.This was my first time using immaculate and I can’t recommend them enough, they were super responsive and wonderful from start to finish, was able to accommodate a top to bottom service last minute , they were prompt, polite and professional and did an outstanding job! Their attention to detail was amazing and they just hit every space I was hoping they would going above and beyond at every turn. So happy and will be using them again for sure !

This was the first time we have hired a cleaning crew and I am in love. I came home to a sparkling clean house and could not be happier. Bonnie, Casey and Lauren were very friendly and personable. I can now focus on enjoying life on weekends instead of cleaning my house.

Bonnie is always professional yet friendly and interactive. She cleans very good, details each room with dusting pictures and walls. She cleans the floors very good which is important to me. All the people that have cleaned have been good but I like Bonnie best.

We’ve had our house cleaned half a dozen or so times now, starting with deep clean and now on recurring. The results are excellent, Lauren B does a great job! Customer service is top notch. Very responsive, polite and easy to work with. I love how flexible the options are too and how we’ve been able to change aspects as needed to suit our needs. Highly recommend!

She is very flexible too in case we need her to start in a different room.
It is soooo nice to come into the finished rooms. They look and smell so nice. I feel like I’m in a different house.

Jocelyn from Immaculate Cleaning Services cleaned 2 bathrooms, my kitchen and 2 other rooms yesterday. She was FANTASTIC! She reminded me of the bunny from the battery commercial. She never stopped!!! Plus she is so friendly. My house has never been so clean! She cleaned places that I never even expected.
