We had our service on Wednesday and Laila did a great job .I've had a bad cold that won't go away, so I was so happy you come home knowing that it would be clean as usual and Laila didn't disappoint. ( I did used Lysol spray hoping there were no germs left around )

Had Immaculate Clean do their deepest cleaning today for our first experience with them. They sent three friendly cleaners and finished our 5 bedroom home in just under 3 hours. Overall we were satisfied with their work. There were a few things we would have liked more thorough and called to let customer service know. The company sent one cleaner back to fix those few things for us within 10 minutes of us calling to give our feedback. Highly recommend this service. Great customer care and an excellent clean. Thank you!

I would like to commend Laila and Zakiyia for their exceptional professionalism throughout their visit. From their arrival to departure, they demonstrated a clear commitment to quality service. Upon arrival, they promptly developed a work plan to ensure efficient use of time. After completing each area, they sought my approval, which I greatly appreciated. Additionally, the call center staff were very helpful and patient in assisting with my inquiries. I look forward to scheduling my next appointment with them.

Zakiyia is wonderful! She's so sweet and does a wonderful job!

Kayla cleaned our home last week for the first time alone (She had a trainer with her the first time.) I was very pleased with her work! Our home was spotless and she took great care to make sure everything was just right. Kayla is like a breath of fresh air… always smiling with a sunny disposition, and I’m looking forward to welcoming her into our home in the future!

This was our first time using Immaculate, at the recommendation of our daughter. The team was thorough, respectful, and polite. Kyla, Alicia and then Heather were our cleaning team. Hats off to them for a great job. We highly recommend them.

My husband and I recently requested a deep clean service, and coming home after the ladies were done was incredible. Everything was immaculate and pristine, and the entire house gleamed!
