I had a great experience with Immaculate Clean. I had recently gone through a very stressful experience with my husband being ill for an extended period of time. I had little time to clean…even though I LOVE a clean house. I knew I needed a deep clean, so I set up an appointment for a Friday at least a month ahead of time…I was so excited waiting for those days to tick away.

They didn’t know it, but my husband had passed away a week before they were scheduled to come. When one of the girls showed up, Adalyn, I mentioned to her that I had just returned from picking up his ashes. I was emotional…she asked if she could give me a hug. 🥺 I was so touched.

The rest of the team showed up and they busted their butts to make sure my house sparkled! They did an amazing job!

The next day was Saturday…I was shocked and truly touched that they had sent...

I have been a recurring user of Immaculate Clean and the level of service and value has been outstanding. Recently we sold our house and were in great need of move-out services before the final inspection walk-through. I called Immaculate Clean for this one-time service, and they were so easy to work with! They coordinated with other services that were in the home, showed up with enough folks to get the job done in the allotted time, and made sure that the house was pristine from top to bottom. The closing went off without any complications and the new owners were thrilled! If you want a cleaning company you can rely on when you need it, Immaculate Clean is the one.

This was my first time using Immaculate Clean, and our service representative, Takara, was AMAZING! She was so personable, welcoming, and friendly from the moment she arrived. She was incredibly attentive to our home and paid great attention to detail. Everything looked and smelled so fresh and clean when she finished.
