My cleaner was very focused on cleaning my home. Although I don't mind if people take cell calls while working (as long as they keep working) my cleaner never got a phone call. Her only interruption was me lol. .Professional, thorough, did what I asked. Very pleased.

Laila, arrived early for our cleaning and it was great to see her. We told her how happy we have been with her work and left for our errands, knowing we'd be happy when we returned!

We are so happy to have found Immaculate Clean! The communication and customer service is great and we had a wonderful first experience - better than past experiences with other companies (a whopping 5 stars to Valerie too!). To say I’m relieved that we have a cleaning company I can count on in my final weeks of pregnancy is an understatement. We are looking forward to their next visit, and the extra help around the house!

We have used Immaculate Clean for years, but had to suspend service during the covid. We just had a deep clean today and WOW.

One of the many weird parts of being home so much as a family during covid is our house got way out of control messy. Did I mention we have two dogs and a cat as well as a middle schooler and a high schooler in our home? Everybody is bored, but not too bored to clean.

The Immaculate team came and swept, vacuumed and wiped down every surface in our home. I feel so much better, now that our home is neat, clean and tidy.

Update, I am still with Immaculate, my high schooler is in college and the middle schooler is finishing high school. Time flies. Seriously. Anyway cleaning remains a priority and the team at Immaculate are top notch, I can set my watch on their arrival and floors, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are...

So happy with Immaculate Clean! I just had my first cleaning with Kyla and wow!! She really put in the extra effort & got rid of all the mineral deposit rings in the toilets. She is a powerhouse cleaning machine, fast and thorough -- impressive energy! Kyla as the ladies who set up appointments were all extremely friendly. I hadn't tried a cleaning service in years, but I'm confident I'll be sticking with them a long while. Give them a try, you'll be glad you did. :)

I have been so pleased with the work done in my apartment by Immaculate Clean. I have resisted having cleaners in the past, but my cleaner from Immaculate Clean listens to me and does what I want done, and only what I ask to be done. My usual cleaner is awesome, but today, because of the holiday weekend, I had someone new. She was wonderful as well. I enthusiastically recommend Immaculate Clean.

Laila is great. Always prompt friendly and does a great job. Very thorough too. Even my dogs love her!
