Hired this outfit to do a deep clean of our house, what they call a "Top to Bottom." This was a first time experience for us. Initially three personnel were sent, but when it became clear that they would take longer than planned to finish, a fourth was added. Logyn served as the team lead. She walked the house with me to gain an understanding of the scope of the job, and immediately set to work. Melissa, Holly and Sydney were the other cleaners assigned. All four cleaners were diligent, motivated, thorough and performed their work with great attention to detail. On many occasions, when a particular space or area of the house was completed, one of the cleaners sought me out to inspect their work and make sure that I was satisfied. I’ve been using Immaculate Clean for about three years, and I am always satisfied with their service. They text me the day before cleaning and let me know their arrival time for the next day. They work quickly and efficiently - are always friendly and pleasant - and leave my home spotless. If I ever have a concern, they address it quickly and without hesitation. We have Steph and she is a breath of fresh air. She is always on time and does an amazing job while also keeping the experience personal.

Prior to Immaculate Clean, we had service with a competitor and it was not good. They would constantly run very late, past their window. Once they arrived close to 5pm. The people they sent were different every time and they were quite loud. Once I heard someone shout “ I need a beer to wake up”. Keep in mind I work from home. I never have to worry about this with Immaculate Clean. When you have a request or question, someone always picks up the phone or emails you back immediately.

I would absolutely recommend Immaculate Clean in a heartbeat.
