We've been loyal customers of Immaculate Clean for most of a decade now. Their people are rock solid performers and trustworthy beyond compare. Letting stranges into one's home, all alone, is not without risk, but the employee screening process they employ seems really to work well.

We've had several different employees assigned to us, who are both professional and (when we have met them) personable. Many businesses struggled for staffing in the wake of the pandemic and this one is no exception. As regular customers, we found their address of those challenges to be refreshingly honest.

I do not understand the complaining comments here and there online, at all. ONE time in 7 or 8 years did we have an uneven experience. The company stood behind its work and addressed the oversights promptly and courtesously.

We're selling our first home and called in these wonderful ladies to get it sparkly clean for the open house and photos. I've never seen it this clean! The tub is white! I'm so shocked. They did it in record time and were very kind and helpful. I could not be happier with the service they provided and will be calling them to help us with the new house. The services provided were outstanding. They were through and cleaned everything, the house looked great when they were done. Moving is not an easy task, having some one else come in and seeing it in the eyes of a buyer is a real eye opener for the seller. Natalie from the office, to the two young ladies who cleaned were just so professional and very friendly. They treated me as family and as if their own home was being cleaned. As a result of my experience with this company, we a considering hiring them to clean our current residence. I would highly recommend this company for any of your cleaning needs.

I had cleaning service done yesterday. Our service was done by Natelie and I have to say- I've never been so impressed. Her thoroughness and attention to detail was outstanding. The toilet paper was stamped and our blankets were folded and laying on the couch like they were on the front page of a magazine. I wanted to have my house cleaned because life is hard and there's little time to get everything done. Not only was my house clean, but it felt like I was in a vacation home when she was finished. She even cleaned my son's room first so he could take his nap on time in his normal environment. Immaculate is great and Natelie is one of the reasons why that is the case.

Today, 28 July 2022, I was extremely pleased. My only complaint is being canceled and not given a replacement.
