I am very impressed by immaculate clean services. From the Natelie, who scheduled the service, to Valerie that cleaned my house, it’s clear they have customer service and quality in mind. They are extremely friendly and responsive and want to make sure they have met your expectations. Immaculate clean contacted me in advance to find out what I would like to have done to be prepared for their first visit. Valerie worked with us for our first two visits and she was polite, personable, and thorough. She was always on time and asked me to check the home when she was complete to ensure it met my expectations. I find their organization to be professional and easy to work with. Their services were recommended by a friend of mine, and I would highly recommend them for cleaning services. I have no ties to this company, I was just very impressed with the results in my home in Carroll County.

I just want to say that I used this company for moving out of my condo after seven years and they are awesome. Mya cleaned and she did such a wonderful job I will definitely use them again. I can't forget the 3 girls in the office that I talked to. I feel like I knew them and we became best friends. Nicole, Michele, Natelie are awesome. They definitely make you feel like you are number one and a priority.

Let me start by saying I have never used a cleaning service before. But after weeks of prepping my 94 year old fathers home for sale, I was just spent and knew the final clean would be more than I could handle. After calling a couple of different services for estimates I decided on Immaculate Clean. They were responsive and detailed in helping me set up the one time cleaning I was going to need. And knowing I was on a time crunch with my realty company, they made it happen it the timeline I needed! But again, being new to using a cleaning service, I was still worried what to expect. Valerie, Lynn and Sarah came to my home right on time, reviewed the job and promptly got to work! They were incredible! When they were done everything sparkled, smelled clean and looked wonderful! I was very impressed with these very professional ladies and thank them for making a stressful time that much...
