This was my first time using Immaculate Clean, and our service representative, Takara, was AMAZING! She was so personable, welcoming, and friendly from the moment she arrived. She was incredibly attentive to our home and paid great attention to detail. Everything looked and smelled so fresh and clean when she finished. We truly appreciated the care she put into her work and cannot wait to have her back!

Kyla is outstanding! She has not only has attention to detail, yet sensitive to what’s needed while mindful of me WFH. She’s professional, punctual and thorough. An absorbent amount of stress has been taken off my shoulders. My dog now waits by the window for Kyla and now follows her around :) I love it!

Had Immaculate Clean do their deepest cleaning today for our first experience with them. They sent three friendly cleaners and finished our 5 bedroom home in just under 3 hours. Overall we were satisfied with their work. There were a few things we would have liked more thorough and called to let customer service know. The company sent one cleaner back to fix those few things for us within 10 minutes of us calling to give our feedback. Highly recommend this service. Great customer care and an excellent clean. Thank you!
