I am very impressed by immaculate clean services. From the Natelie, who scheduled the service, to Valerie that cleaned my house, it’s clear they have customer service and quality in mind. They are extremely friendly and responsive and want to make sure they have met your expectations. Immaculate clean contacted me in advance to find out what I would like to have done to be prepared for their first visit. Valerie worked with us for our first two visits and she was polite, personable, and thorough. She was always on time and asked me to check the home when she was complete to ensure it met my expectations. I find their organization to be professional and easy to work with. Their services were recommended by a friend of mine, and I would highly recommend them for cleaning services.
