I reached out to a couple of companies before I contacted Illuminated Concepts but once I talked to Chuck (owner) I knew I found the company I wanted to use, and I don’t regret it!
From the time you contact their office Wanda answers the phone and makes you feel as if you have been their customer for a while. She scheduled an appointment with Chuck for a couple of days later and he arrive on time. He gave me great ideas as to where to place the lights. In a nice way, he insisted that I place a light facing a tree outside my property, as was going to help my backyard look larger, I hesitated but agreed………. I love it!
I was so happy with their work that two days later I called them to have additional lights installed. When Jose (supervisor) came to take care of the additional lights, he also had great ideas. I wanted to make a couple of little changes to my initial request...

This company really knows what they are doing. Chuck did a fantastic job designing the lighting fixtures and placement, and his team of Daniel, Jose, and Antonio worked hard to achieve our goal. And they are so easy to work with. If I even hinted that I wasn’t absolutely happy where a light was shining, they immediately sensed it and gave me other options, while remaining true to the overall design. And there was no “upselling” on lights or labor. Just a terrific company to work with.

Illuminated Concepts Inc provided professional top notch lighting to our backyard waterscape last year. Besides doing a fabulous and very professional job, they come back semi annually to clean and adjust all the lighting and electrical so that we never have an outage. Our landscape looks so much better with proper lighting. If you spend the money on a great looking exterior only to have it dark ant night, you are wasting your money. Illuminated Concepts was great - easy to do business with, helpful ideas, on time installation, clean and quick. We wanted bistro lights for our backyard and Chuck offered several different solutions and price points. We settled on a design and price we were happy with. Installation was scheduled for half a day or more, but they were finished in 2.5 hours. Very professional work, and friendly. The results are great, and several neighbors wanted quotes for their backyards.

Chuck and his team did an excellent job of adding lights to our front and backyard. We had old lighting that didn't work, so he took all of that out, got us a new transformer, atomic clock, and made it so we could actually see outside! We highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

High quality brass lights and transformer, well planed layout by Chuck, great 2-steps installation, first creating provisions for under slab power distribution, and finally after stones were installed, very smooth installation!
