I had the need to call upon illuminated Concepts again because of work being done to my home. As a result, the team arrived promptly to disconnect five lights and remove their wiring. Upon their return, a week later, they reinstalled all of the wiring, tested the lights to be sure they were working properly, installed an additional light in my backyard and repaired a light in my backyard that had been damaged. The team performed the work professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner so that I am again enjoying the beauty of a decoratively lighted home and backyard. Illuminated Concepts is an excellent company, that designs lighting systems, installs them, and performs maintenance with well trained and equipped employees who are top notch. I always have a good experience working with this company. A few years ago they did a great job installing outdoor lighting for my front yard. And today I had them visit to address a light that had gone out. They showed up on time, fixed the light, and went above and beyond cleaning up the rest of the lights as well and patiently answering all my questions regarding bulb replacements. Will definitely continue using Illuminated Concepts for all my outdoor lighting needs.

My husband was repairing our outdoor lighting almost weekly, so we decided to bring in a contractor to either repair or completely redo the system. Daniel was amazing with the repairs and we discussed some possibilities for replacing the system. Once we spoke to Chuck, we decided to redo the system. At first glance, it was an expense, but after everything we realize this was a fantastic investment. Our home exterior is renewed and all of their recommendations/installations/crew/products used were exactly perfect. They worked to fill our particular wants and needs, while not overselling. My neighbors all commented on the professionalism of the crew and are now envious of our nightly accented home.

Illuminated Concepts will do a fine job for you! Chuck came out to perform an assessment of my current lighting system as well as perform discovery on what opportunities my ground had for lighting. I received a same-day proposal, a full explanation of what work would be performed, and some options to choose from. Fast forward a couple of weeks and the IC team was all over my front yard and back patio with a complete crew, making my lighting the most beautiful on the block! I'm not kidding, my house is lit like the white house now. I'm a new homeowner and my new lighting has already helped me start conversations with neighbors. I've passed IC contacts out to friends.
