The whole process was super easy! The consultation process was great and showed us exactly what type of design we could do and they explained the benefits of lighting specific areas. We also really appreciated the sample photos of the different light types so we could get a better idea of what the different proposed lights would look like. Installation was super smooth, everyone was professional and we have a brand new exterior feel after just a day and a half! It looks great and so happy with the overall process!

Did a great job from the first meeting, planning out what would look best for our home and even offering some landscaping suggestions for really getting the most out of the lighting. Worked within our budget and installation was professionally managed by Jose and Jason. We required some rewiring, new timers with programming, even the installation of new outdoor fixtures and they did it all.
House looks better than we could have imagined. It's our first home improvement job since buying 5 years ago and glad we did it--what a big difference that you can enjoy every time you come home AND when you are inside looking out at your yard/s.

New Review for my Phase II Project May 21, 2022

Chuck and his great team put a face lift on my back yard a few years ago and provided plenty of "FREE REALSTATE" by lighting up some association trees common areas around my property that added a ton of depth and beauty to my back yard. I recently went on to phase II, replacing old lights from 24 years ago in my front yard, put a new transformer and new wiring in, added lights that not only showed off my yard, but FREE REALESTATE on my neighbor's palm trees and 2 more association trees. Chuck and team lit up the porch, garage, bottom of my house and top. Boy what a great facelift!

Daniel, Antonio, and Jason cleaned my existing back yard fixtures from a couple years ago, replaced all the bulbs, and put lights on my house to illuminate my barbeque, back yard for corn hole, fire pit, and dining/game...

By far the best customer service and follow-up support and maintenance I have ever seen, Illuminated Concepts came out the same day I called them. Antonio and Michael came out to my home, quickly discovered what was wrong, replaced bulbs and had my lighting system back as good as new - all in 20 minutes! It's great partnering with Illuminated Concepts for home lighting. They excel at customer service and the expertise they have is second to none. Definitely consider them when you are looking to add lighting to your home and yard.

We just purchased a new home with a great backyard and pool but noticed at night there wasn’t enough lights in the landscaping to make it pop. Reached out to Illuminated Concepts, Inc. based on their high reviews and Aaron came out to give me a quote and many options we can go with. He was knowledgeable and continued to follow up with our questions right away. We decided to proceed with them knowing they were a couple weeks out on getting to us but the following week received a call they can start the next day and the job was completed in 2. Even Chuck the owner came by the first morning to review and was great to see the passion for his work, company and employees. When the job was all complete they came back in the evening to see how everything looked and made sure we didn't have any final concerns. We had quirky front yard lighting problems for months before we discovered Illuminated Concepts. The lighting technicians found the problem, fixed it right away and made several helpful suggestions. They were professional and reasonably priced. I will use them again in the future.

They knew exactly where to place the lights to highlight areas in the backyard and courtyard. We have already had them back to add more lighting.
