Its super easy to book an appointment online. The massages are so thorough and effective. I generlly dont care where I get a massage, but now when I need one I check with IGH first.

I highly recommend IGH massage. Josh listens to and addresses any issues I might be experiencing. I always walk away from my deep tissue massages feeling looser, lighter and much more relaxed. I used to dread deep tissue massages, now my body craves and loves them! You won’t be disappointed with IGH!

My massage with Rhonda was amazing! I returned from vacation, I had walked many miles at Disneyland, my lower body was hurting to say the least. Rhonda did such a wonderful job working on the muscles that needed attention and eased off when it became too much. Over all I left there feeling relaxed and like I had given my body the treatment it needed. I can't say enough about how great Rhonda is and would recommend her to anyone looking for relief for tight muscles.

I love IGH massage for its calm environment! The massage table can be heated and you have a choice of music. Rhonda is very accommodating and her relaxed demeanor immediately puts you at ease. I appreciate the fact that she’s intuitive to a body’s needs and adjusts pressure and technique accordingly. An added bonus-If you want to talk, Rhonda is a really fun conversationalist!

What a great massage experience at IGH! I am normally a very ticklish person so getting a massage can sometimes make me jump off the table, but Jeff listened to my concerns and actually took them to heart. It was perfect...not a single tickle-spasm!!! He’s my therapist now, for sure! Thanks IGH
