My sons dad and I bought our property in 2013, with plans to be there a long time. Medical issues with our son and his grandpa have changed the direction of everything, and without I will buy house the next chapter in our lives would have been a lot more stressful and complicated. Gabriella was there for us every step, thanks for everything.

This group 100% knows what they're doing. They made an effort to really understand the property and came up with a very reasonable cash offer. Once we signed a deal they kept up their end and were truthful/transparent through every step. I can't see how this transaction could have gone any better.

I loved this house for 27 years and raised my 4 children and 25 foster kids that came and went! We bought it new, especially loved the custom bookcases that my father built for me, filled them all with books! We hated to leave my bookcases and donated all my books to Friends of the Library in Silverdale. We downsized and I miss the huge pantry most! I Will Buy House made us an offer before we listed it or fixed it up to sell, and they gave us as much time as we needed to move, they were helpful and let us leave whatever we couldn’t move or get rid of. Thank you Gabby for all your help! We got what we wanted for the house without all the trouble of fixing it up. We highly recommend considering selling to I Will Buy House!

Overall, they are pretty good. The offer was fair and they didn't try anything suspicious or unprofessional. However, they are not good at communication. You will have to be on them regularly to get responses once the initial paperwork is signed is signed. It may take a day or two for them to get back to you.

Very smooth start to finish and good communication

We were thinking of moving to Texas, but we're worried about selling our house, when my son who lives in California told us about I will by house. We called them and had the pleasure of talking to Gabriela. We talked back and forth and decided on a price and sold our house. She was great. She helped us through out the process. Answering all our questions. We closed on our house, with cash on hand and we are on our way to Texas to look for our new home. Love doing business with I Buy House and will recommend them to people I know who are selling their home.

I rated five stars because the entire experience was hassle free. They were transparent about the process and welcomed questions or concerns I may have had. One of the most attractive features of sale was that we did not have to do any repairs or property improvement. Actually, this may have been my favorite. I would certainly recommend I Will Buy House as an alternative to the complicated and stressful process of listing.

I recently decided to move across country and get married but I was in debt and strapped for cash. Not only did Viktor and his team give me a fair price but it also sold and closed quickly. They dealt very fairly with me and were straightforward, honest answering any questions I came up with. They replied to my questions quickly too. But, that's not all. They actually bent over backwards to help make this sale happen and sent me a 1000 dollars advance so I could fly to be with my fiance and so I wouldn't be stuck for a few days with no place to stay after closing the sale. All my debts were paid off too. And I walked away with plenty of cash in my pocket afterwards. I have nothing bad to say about these guys. I'm grateful for all they did to help me start my new life on the other side of the country.
