I was real skeptical when contacting this company but my experience was "top notch". Every step of the way they kept in contact with me.
Everything I wanted they made it happen. We initially thought the closing would take 6 weeks but we closed in just under 3 weeks.
I was paid the day of closing.
I wish I could describe what horrible shape the mobile home was when I first called and by some miracle it sold.

Well I have to admit this was my first time selling a house and didn’t know what to expect. It can be stressful But Matt he WAS VERY HELPFUL with assuring me that he was there to help me through this and kept in touch with me through out the whole process which helped tremendously! I contacted I Will Buy House back in Feb 2021, and Gabby was assigned to my nightmare. I cannot say enough about her and willingness stay with me during the whole transaction process. Fast and smooth. They kept their word on everything. No hidden agenda and no surprises. I would sell through them again. Very responsive, high communicators, answered every question and every concern was addressed within 24 hours, usually faster. They were also patient and informative as I'm pretty uneducated in real estate. Gabriela, Wende and Heidi were all wonderful to work with.
