This was my first experience with professional housekeeping services. I was
hopeful I had found the right business, but was nervous. The Housekeeping Maid Easy (HME) website displays a 100% guarantee, and I honestly questioned if that is possible, but there was absolutely no reason to be concerned, and even though I have high standards for cleaning/organization, was a tad worried about quality, personalization, security/privacy, etc., this experience was perfect! I so wish I could afford to have someone come more often, but realistically, I needed to find a business that would be willing to let me receive service whenever I need. Unlike most other housekeeping services, HME was so flexible and were genuinely interested in serving my personal needs. They didn't insist on me having regular fixed appointments weekly, bimonthly or monthly. Admittedly, I paid a pretty penny for my first deep cleaning, but it was worth every cent!
HME had to have sent the cream of the crop; I cannot imagine there being someone better to help me than Jackie. Jackie is a real dynamo! She worked 7+ hours deep cleaning, per my requests/needs; what a pro! Although she was encouraged to do so, to my knowledge, Jackie never sat down, ate or took more than 30 seconds to get a sip of water. I promise you the work she did was physically grueling! How she did it is amazing. Please HME, do not let her go! I will definitely be scheduling again, and will insist on Jackie being assigned to the job.

express myself; you are definitely one of my angels. 🙏🏻 Training of staff by HME is obviously superb; I learned so much about products/supplies that I didn't realize existed. My body has seen better days, so I am unable to physically do what needs to be done.
I wish I could find the words to adequately describe how HME/Jackie has impacted my life. I did a lot of research; narrowed down choices to 4 businesses. Email was sent to all 4, explaining my needs/circumstances, etc. Only 2 of them responded, one (in short was obviously not seriously interested in my business), and the other was HME. Gracious their customer service is amazing! You simply don't find that kind of customer service these days. Miko is a real jewel, and deserves a raise for dealing with me. Thank you Miko!
