This is an excellent business to hire for this work. We have worked with them for almost a decade. Communications are excellent. Our current cleaner; Jackie; does excellent work in a timely and efficient manner. We like an early start time, which Jackie accommodates. Jackie and/or management always respond quickly to any questions and concerns; of which we have had few in our long relationship. They will customize your cleaning needs to suit your household. Give them a try! We have had this service for eight years and do not plan to change.

I switched to this company from another and it's been a huge improvement. Consistent, automated scheduling makes it easy, always spotless. Highly recommend! My cleaners, Ke'Arria and Noriah are very thorough and efficient! Love them!

Yesterday Kelly came out to clean my bathroom because it was a hot mess. Kelly took my bathroom from a monster cave to a wonderland and I really appreciate that. Keep up the great work Kelly! I will definitely use this service again!

I am grateful for HME and how they have done a great job for my family! I live in another state, but worked with them to set up a deep cleaning for my father there in Indiana, and then biweekly cleanings to follow.
The first appointment was somewhat disappointing, because the two workers scheduled for the deep cleaning ended up leaving early for personal reasons and not finishing the job.
However, since I had been in communication with Miko at the HME office, and he had been very friendly and pleasant to work with, I let him know what had happened. He reassured me that they would send two different workers, including a supervisor, right away and that they would work as long as it took to make things right - and at no charge. And they did this!

Our cleaner Lindsey is very accommodating and friendly and does a great job!

Our family has been very happy with Housekeeping Maid Easy. We especially love our regular housekeeper Lindsey who is extremely dedicated and conscientious. Lindsey has a very kind personality and is always cheerful to my elderly dad. Also she was so understanding and helpful when I accidentally dropped and broke a full bottle of wine all over the floor just as she was arriving.

So easy, very thorough, fair price

I’ve been using HME for several months. I’ve done 2 deep cleans and bi-weekly routine cleans. Everyone is always very pleasant and I have loved the results. The are easy to work with and schedule appointments too.

Housekeeping Maid Easy was a tremendously good choice for cleaning my house. While I had several different cleaners over the years I used them, my longest term, most favorite cleaner was Toni. She was efficient, thorough, and always completed the extra tasks with grace and charm. Given the size of my house, and the amount of cleaning required, I found the charges to be extremely reasonable, and the quality of the work was always outstanding. I would highly recommend the team to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy and effective group to take care of their home.
