The person who came was punctual and worked diligently the whole time. She made the house look as good as it possibly could. We were very pleased!

Great communication from the company and they did an awesome some with the cleaning. Took a little longer than we wanted, but we worked things out for the next time they come to clean so hopefully timing won’t be an issue anymore.

I have been using HME for several years. They are thorough and always arrive on time. I work at home now and they are able to work around me without interfering. I love the feeling of "coming home" to a clean house, especially on days when the sun shines in to add highlights. I am glad to have a house that is clean enough for company without me having to scramble to get it ready for visitors. When I have had scheduling conflicts, they are able to accommodate and reschedule if I give them enough notice. The few times that I have noticed issues after they are done, they have listened to my concerns and adjusted the cleaning regime to address them.

Housekeeping Maid Easy is a really reliable service - we’ve had a good experience with every cleaner they’ve sent to us. Their customer service is responsive and friendly and has helped us quickly when we’ve had a couple of our own scheduling issues. And our regular cleaner, Brittany, is AMAZING. She’s thorough and careful and leaves our house sparkling every time.
