Housekeeping Maid Easy

Super easy and very responsive to work with. I wasn’t home and there was confusion getting in. They emailed me a video of what they were doing and we figured out the issue quickly. Other places would have left.
I sent a couple of photos of bathrooms to give them an idea for an estimate.
Will recommend.

There were a couple of places that needed going over, only I am sure it could have been that I did not communicated well, because the girls were excelent.
That was very minor, example: A swivel chair where the bottom of the swivel was left out. Very minor and I am sure with me communicating it better, will not have to be an issue. The girls asked if everything was fine and if I needed anything else and at that time, I did not see that until later which makes it more my issue not hers.

Caitlin did a great job on my holiday deep clean! Everything was spotless, and she is a nice person to have working in your home. Highly recommend!

Lori and Courtney did an excellent job cleaning my house. I was particularly impressed with how clean they were able to get my kitchen sink. I was planning to get a new kitchen sink soon, but after they cleaned it so thoroughly, I’m not so sure I need one now. I plan to hire Housekeeping Maid Easy periodically to help keep things clean and I will request Lori and Courtney.

Absolutely great company - I needed my kitchen and downstairs deep cleaned in preparation for surgery recovery but my original company couldn’t make it. On my fifth try, I found Housekeeping Maid Easy, they had someone in minutes and they were here within two hours. Great job was done, and this was a huge relief off my shoulders

Alicia with Housekeeping Maid Easy went above and beyond my expectations. Her attention to detail was incredible—she even meticulously cleaned all the moldings and the insides of all the cupboards and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The entire place smells fantastic and is sparkling clean. The service was professional, thorough, and a truly great experience from start to finish. Shoutout to Miko for on-point communication leading to the appointment! There was an accident with a glass freezer shelf and the company is so on top of making it right! The cleaners were friendly, helpful, on time, and did a wonderful job. A couple of improvements would be to double check behind chairs in corners, a couple dust clumps were missed. And the shower door was almost perfect, with just a couple areas where water deposits were missed. But other than that, they were thorough, accommodating and the house looks and smells fantastic! Thank you so much for cleaning it!
