Edgar helped us get started quickly and easily. Kelly had great momentum, was kind (even to the two big dogs) and did thorough job!

Kelly has been coming out every couple weeks. She is fantastic and the amount of time we get back has been a huge amount of help for our family.

As many Housekeeping Maid Easy (HME) customers will identify with, I must begin with applause for the one and only Jackie. 👏🏻 She is such an amazing gift! I could produce an endless list of her amazing qualities, but just to mention a few, Jackie works harder than most, is focused on her work, fulfills special requests and genuinely cares about others. This is an excellent business to hire for this work. We have worked with them for almost a decade. Communications are excellent. Our current cleaner; Jackie; does excellent work in a timely and efficient manner. We like an early start time, which Jackie accommodates. Jackie and/or management always respond quickly to any questions and concerns; of which we have had few in our long relationship. They will customize your cleaning needs to suit your household. Give them a try! We have had this service for eight years and do not plan to change.

I am grateful for HME and how they have done a great job for my family! I live in another state, but worked with them to set up a deep cleaning for my father there in Indiana, and then biweekly cleanings to follow.
The first appointment was somewhat disappointing, because the two workers scheduled for the deep cleaning ended up leaving early for personal reasons and not finishing the job.
However, since I had been in communication with Miko at the HME office, and he had been very friendly and pleasant to work with, I let him know what had happened. He reassured me that they would send two different workers, including a supervisor, right away and that they would work as long as it took to make things right - and at no charge. And they did this!

Our cleaner Lindsey is very accommodating and friendly and does a great job!

Our family has been very happy with Housekeeping Maid Easy. We especially love our regular housekeeper Lindsey who is extremely dedicated and conscientious. Lindsey has a very kind personality and is always cheerful to my elderly dad. Also she was so understanding and helpful when I accidentally dropped and broke a full bottle of wine all over the floor just as she was arriving.
