After inheriting a home, it quickly became extremely important for me to sell it right away. Keeping up my own home as well as a secondary property would have been costly and not to mention very time consuming with upkeep or becoming a landlord. I didn’t want the home to be drain on my wallet in renovations and I knew I would need a buyer that would purchase it outright and in an “as-is” status.
I came across House Buyers while doing some leg work into investor buying and I am glad that I did. The initial research impressed me, but actually speaking with someone in the sales department definitely put me at ease. He was very attentive to my needs, direct with his answers, and never faltered with any of my questions. He actually listed out the entire process to me, in full detail, and everything he said actually happened in the time frame promised.
The fact that I live out of state, could have made this transaction very difficult. I did not have the time to finish all of the paperwork while driving back and forth multiple times to seal the deal. Thankfully a lot can be done online these days which made my life and the agreement to sell / purchase all the simpler.
