When my sister had passed away, I knew I had to sell her house. I saw a flyer she had gotten in the mail, and saw House Buyer ads on-line everywhere, but the only thing that helped me make the decision on who to use – who to TRUST, was the BBB. The had a great rating on the BBB. Right now, they’re rated A+!
Everyone at House Buyers of America were so professional, helpful and communicated well from the beginning to the very end. The inspector that came out was very knowledgeable and polite, and the Real Estate Consultant even helped me get a higher price from House Buyers. What made it even easier for me was that House Buyers would trash the house out for me. My sister left a lot of stuff behind, and it was overwhelming to deal with. They bought the house with so much stuff in it and I didn’t have to worry about getting it all out. The cleaning crew came in afterwards, and even they were super nice. The title company was also a pleasure to work with - and they highly recommended House Buyers too. The whole process was painless. I would recommend House Buyers of America to anyone.
