I was genuinely surprised by the level of customer service this company provided throughout the process of selling my home. They were very responsive to all my questions and attentive to my needs at all times. Selling my children's childhood home was an emotional process and this company and its representatives made it all go as smoothly as possible. I started off just inquiring about their services. Drew was fantastic in answering all my questions and concerns. The reason I was selling was due to not being able to get up and down stairs anymore. Of course, I needed to settle on my home before settling on a new one. HBOA worked with me so that I settled prior to getting my condo. The transition went without a hitch. I had a hard time removing everything from the house because I needed to go up and down 3 flights of stairs. HBOA removed whatever I did not need which helped tremendously.
