I was contacted by John, and we had a really good initial conversation. He said he would be able to meet me at the house the next time I was in town in a few weeks. Fast forward... John met me at the house, and we talked a little more. I gave him a price that I felt I could live with and not feel like I was leaving a lot of money on the table by trying to remodel and sell it myself. Worked with the title company and closed within 30 days (remote). The entire process was extremely easy!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone that...
