I had a rental property that I wanted to sell. My renters had been in the house for a long time and they didn’t take very good care of the place. I didn't have the money to renovate the property and sell with an agent so I called House Buyers of America to see what they could do for me. The person that answered the phone was very courteous and professional. We talked about the condition of the property and other miscellaneous stuff and he came up with an offer price in just minutes.
