House Buyers of America was really really good – everyone did great! When my wife passed away, I couldn’t afford the house anymore and when I checked the mail, House Buyers had sent me a letter. It was exactly what I needed to do – sell it and not have to spend any more money on it. The whole process was quick.

As a buyer agent, I would definitely sell another House Buyer home. Their people are really on top of things and want to make sure the settlement process goes smoothly. My settlement coordinator, in particular, stayed on top of the closing process – making sure that everyone, including the lender were doing what they are supposed to be doing. They are all quick to pick up the phone and answer emails. The transaction worked out very well for us.

I got a letter in the mail from House Buyers of America and it looked for real, so I called the number and was shocked that I was called back on the same exact day. It was time for me to move since my husband had recently passed away - I needed to sell my house right away. After speaking with the Real Estate consultant, I knew this was the way to go. I was not looking to sell my home in Alexandria when I received a flyer from House Buyers of America, but I did have a house in Fredericksburg that I was looking to sell as part of my retirement strategy. I saw good reviews, so I reached out and they returned my call quickly. Drew was able to help answer all my questions and was very professional. The entire process was easy even when a hiccup happened prior to the final walk through; the House Buyers field rep was able to work with us to resolve quickly. Good customer service goes a long way and would suggest House Buyers to anyone looking to sell quickly.

It was an easy decision to call House Buyers of America to sell my home because my mother-in-law recommend them. I also would recommend House Buyers to anyone who needs to sell their house quickly. Downsizing isn’t the ideal situation to be in, but Matt and the rest of the people made this transaction smooth and was able to answer all my questions. House Buyers really made this a good experience during a time which wasn’t the best.
