If I sent an email, I got response within 24 hours no long period of waiting for an answer. I needed to sell fast because I had just retired and needed to downsize. The transaction was smooth and on a scale from 1-10 the speed was a 10!

As an investor, I appreciate that House Buyers of America has a streamlined process for purchasing properties. Their staff is professional and responsive. Their settlement company caught a lender error that would have surprised me with a tax bill down the road! House Buyers of America was what I needed! I saw their commercials on TV and read their reviews. I needed to sell my house to downsize and move to Ohio. I wanted to get it done fast and the normal realtor way would have taken more time. Everyone was so professional and down to earth people. Jon made it sound like it was easy, and it was!
