Being in the process of upcoming moving out of state, was wondering what would be the difference between price offered by real estate agent vs HBoA. The phone was answered by Mr. Mark T. whom I explained my situation and was provided with quote for selling my home over the phone within a few minutes. What impressed me was the fact that Mr. Mark T. was honest to the point, that he suggested that if I have someone who can help me with getting the house ready to sell in prefect condition I will get the better price. House Buyer's of America are not just a great company but a blessing for people in situations like I was. My wife passed away in June and HBoA had reached out to me 4 days prior. I needed to sell my house right away as I could no longer live at my house because I had all these memories with my wife there. I also did not have the money to make all the repairs needed to put it in the market. My wife passed away on June 20th and I closed with HBoA on September 7th. I got less than we had originally agreed on but that was after their due deligence that found more issues with the house than was originally accounted for. I was still able to get enough for my closing on my new house. I highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell their house fast.

My experience with House Buyers of America was amazing. Every member of their staff was courteous and professional. As advertised, the process was stress free. Within another few days an inspection was scheduled, and the settlement took place within the 30-day timeframe I had been given. The settlement went very smoothly as well. HBOA is making some big strides in a space that is often mired by scammers and hucksters. They give real offers that undercut the value slightly but give sellers the opportunity to just walk away from the house with no more repairs/staging to make the sale.
