Finally getting to this review. Home Pro Exteriors did a great job on my lake house this past summer. New roof, gutters, windows, doors, and deck---all during the pandemic supply shortages! Joe Duarte was a pleasure to work with--upfront with costs, honest estimates, and stuck to his timeframe. I could not be more pleased with the results. Roberto and his crew were great--efficient, neat and fast. I cannot recommend Home Pro more highly. If you have a job that needs doing, don't hesitate to use them.

Great experience - Complete replacement of an old ~16square roof w/ cedar shake over spaced sheathing then two layers of 3tab followed by metal. Beyond time for replacement, and despite the major removal, Home Pro knocked it out in a day. Bill was willing to spend time looking closely at the roof's particulars; to come up w/ detailed contingent estimates for everything that could come up beyond the baseline replacement; and still came in well-under the mark we thought we'd hit. Can't recommend enough.

I called late the following day Bill said someone will be there early morning to check out the roof. The assessment on the roof and the professionalism is a top notch. Oh i forgot to say it's a family business so that's what makes it even better. I'm glad and do not regret calling HOME PRO EXTERIORS. They are the truth.

We had a little bit of tree damage from the last hurricane, and some of our shingles got damaged, causing a leak in our ceiling. Home Pro Exteriors had came, assessed the situation, and repaired the damaged shingles in a very timely fashion. The customer service line was also very accommodating. 5 stars, will use again in the future!

My family bought a colonial house in Cornwall that had a roof that was nearing end of life. I decided to bite the bullet and go for a new roof and new gutters.

I had missing shingles on my roof due to high winds. Patrick came out, provided a decent quote, matched the color for the roof, & the job was complete the very next day. His company did an awesome job. They are prompt & professional. No more worries about a leaking roof. I highly recommend them.

A section of aluminum trim pulled loose from the edge of our roof and was dangling overhead threatening to fall on anyone walking along the sidewalk next to our house. A storm was brewing for the next day so we called a number a friend gave us. Bill answered immediately, I texted a photo, he gave me a price and a promise they would be here the next morning before the storm. They came, replaced the trim for less than the quote, were clean, professional and quick. I will not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their service.

Home Pro Exteriors did an excellent job, from beginning to the end. The installers have so much patience and knowledge, they took their time to explain everything step by step.
I knew I make the right decision when I hire them for the job. Joe is a man of his word, he answered every question I had, and they installed and did the work as he said they would.

Unfortunately I chose to use a different roofing company. What a gross mistake on my part! After the other roofing company screwed up installing my roof, I was referred to Home Pro in Middletown NY. What a difference! Between night and day! My only regret is that I didn’t use Home Pro first. They dismantled and installed a brand new roof in seven hours! Upon completion, they left my property just as it was before they arrived! I normally don’t recommend any businesses, but you if ever need a roof. Home Pro in Middletown is the place to go!👍

Top-notch work! Completed a window project for me that also required some masonry work. The window installation and masonry work were both of excellent quality. Home Pro Exteriors is a first class operation from start to finish. From my first call with Jim to my final walk through with Joe, I was so impressed. Their crew is fantastic. They arrive early in the morning, work diligently all day and clean up everything. Our new deck is absolutely beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. These guys are perfectionists. I will use them again for any exterior work.

I would highly recommend Home Pro Ext Inc. Bill met with us and explained everything from start to finish regarding replacing our roof. His crew was here at 7am and finished the job by 6PM. They tore the old roof off, replaced all the plywood and installed the new roof and cleaned up everything. No surprises with the price. Everything was done as Bill said it would be. Very professional. Job well done. Very happy with our new roof.

Home Pro replaced my roof and I did an outstanding job. From providing the initial estimate to actually performing the job, they were exceptional to deal with. They were on time and did everything as promised. On the day of the job their crew worked neatly and finished everything within one day - very impressive. The quality of the install is top notch. To say we are satisfied with the work Home Pros Exterior did on our house is an understatement!! It all started with a picture of what our house could look like from our amazing consultant Jim. He came out to our house and took the time explaining everything. He was extremely knowledgeable with their products and was able to answer any questions we had. We never felt pressured at all. He was extremely thorough and by the time he was done we knew exactly what our house would look like. We decided on a new roof, new windows, new front door and new siding with stone work on the side. During the job we dealt with Joe. He kept us completely informed of everything going on and if I had a question he was always available to answer it.
