When I thought about needing to replace my leaking roof, I was overwhelmed, until I met with Bill Pignataro, owner of Home Pro Exteriors. I already had a few other estimates but Bill put my mind at ease. On day one, he presented me with all of the material I would need to further educate myself on quality roofing systems and he gave me color charts for both GAF and Owen Corning products so I would have everything I needed to make an educated decision. Within hours, he sent me a fair and very detailed estimate with an explanation of step by step procedures from tear off to clean up. Impressed right from the beginning, I knew that this was the company I wanted to work with. Still not sure about color, Jim Klein, Marketing Director, sent me pictures of my house with the colored shingles I was considering. This made it easy to make my final decision. We have used Home Pro on two occasions. We had a large section of roofing come off of our home last year during high winds. I received a call back from Bill right away. His team was at my house the following day and did a top notch job. Fast forward and we had a section of fascia come off during another wind storm. Not only did they come in a timely fashion, they worked in the rain to get it done. What separates Home Pro from many other contractors is no job is too big or too small. They won't turn down a "small" job just because the big job pays more. There is nothing worse than a contractor who feels your phone call isn't worth their time. Because of this they will be the first guys I call when it is time for a new roof or siding.

I have worked with Home Pro Exteriors on two separate occasions, and each time they've exceeded my expectations. Before working with them, I had nothing but frustration with other roofing companies—either no one would call me back, or they refused to work on a roof they didn’t originally install. The company that installed my roof five years earlier, never responded to my multiple phone calls and emails.

Jim promptly got in touch with me when I began experiencing leaking in my bedroom. He assessed the situation and upon hiring Home Pro Exteriors to do the job, scheduled service to begin in a timely manner. His crew even came to my house prior to what was going to be a long weekend of rain and covered the roof. When another leak presented itself, Jim took the time after hours to speak to me and arrange service to start the very next day. His crew did a great job repairing what turned out to be 2/3 of my roof. Jim and his crew displayed exceptional customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I had all the windows of my house installed by Home Pro in 2018. However, because I never bothered to lock my windows, I had trouble locking them recently when I tried to. When I called Joe, telling him about the issue, he had someone come over to my house within a couple of hours to make the adjustments so that the windows could be locked. When I I called Joe to thank him for taking care of the issue and ask him how much the charge would be, I was surprised to hear that the work was gratis.
