Before working with them, I had nothing but frustration with other roofing companies—either no one would call me back, or they refused to work on a roof they didn’t originally install. The company that installed my roof five years earlier, never responded to my multiple phone calls and emails.

Jim promptly got in touch with me when I began experiencing leaking in my bedroom. He assessed the situation and upon hiring Home Pro Exteriors to do the job, scheduled service to begin in a timely manner. His crew even came to my house prior to what was going to be a long weekend of rain and covered the roof. When another leak presented itself, Jim took the time after hours to speak to me and arrange service to start the very next day. His crew did a great job repairing what turned out to be 2/3 of my roof. Jim and his crew displayed exceptional customer service and professionalism. Highly recommended!

I had all the windows of my house installed by Home Pro in 2018. However, because I never bothered to lock my windows, I had trouble locking them recently when I tried to. When I called Joe, telling him about the issue, he had someone come over to my house within a couple of hours to make the adjustments so that the windows could be locked. When I I called Joe to thank him for taking care of the issue and ask him how much the charge would be, I was surprised to hear that the work was gratis.

I had Home Pro here at my home on 2 separate occasions. The first time to replace my large front window and more recently my large side window. Both times they did a wonderful job and Joe gave me a very fair price. I highly recommend Home Pro.

I needed a new roof, and two windows replaced. Home Pro Exteriors was recommended and so they were my choice. Everything came out beautiful, especially my windows which were skylight windows and in much need of repair. They cleaned up every piece of roofing and construction material in the yard, working with flashlights when necessary. The employees were very professional and very helpful. I highly recommend Home Pro Exteriors. You will not be disappointed.
