I believe that if you deliver on those three things, on your brand (promise) to the very best of your ability, you will be successful no matter what else is happening in the marketplace. Home Pro Exteriors did just that and hit the ball out of the park on all three benchmarks. Their professionals show up on time. They were courteous, helpful, answering all questions, and working non stop with great skill. They were able to take my complicated roof and deliver excellence in just two days… and they didn’t leave until every last nail and scrap of the old roof was completely swept up and carted away, leaving my property better than it was before they got there. That's what I call great service.
In terms of value, I estimated this job with four other established roofing companies. Home Pro’s price was competitive and fell in the middle of the quote range - and it didn’t increase one cent from the original quote. As far as my wife and I are concerned, it was a fair price and worth every penny we paid. Outstanding value.
When it comes to quality, you cannot beat the materials and the warrantees that come with a GAF roof. All materials were guaranteed for 50 years. Labor to cover any post job issues was guaranteed for 30 years, But given the quality of the materials and the workmanship, I highly doubt I will ever need to access either warranty. Where else can you get a quality guarantee that’s strong?
Bottom line, Home Pro Exteriors delivered Service, Value, and Quality to the max. I highly recommend them to anyone considering their services.
