My friend Linda Hall, recommended your company to me in late August, after I had difficulty finding a contractor who would even call me back or provide an estimate on work I needed done.

Your office staff was very helpful and I received a return call from Jim within a week of calling in early September. He made an appointment and came out within another week.

Jim explained every aspect of the job, which involved replacing 8 windows and 1 storm door on a 1952 Cape Cod with aluminum siding. He explained the order process and agreed to send me an estimate with 3 days.

I received the estimate within the 3 days and I had a few questions regarding materials and labor costs. These questions were resolved with 7 days and I sent my deposit to start the order process for the work.

It took a longer time than I expected for the person in charge of the measuring for the contractor to make contact. This contact was in mid- October. Joe came out, completed final measurements and advised how process was moving forward.

I received an update from Joe in early November, that the order for materials was expected soon and the job should be completed before the end of November. The next call was the third week of November and the contractors were scheduled 2 days later.

The contractor crew, headed by Roberto and his five men arrived early and the work began, after meeting with me and verifying what was being replaced.

I really have to give this crew ☆☆☆☆☆ and then some for their amazing work. They replaced all 8 windows and the storm door between 7:15 AM and 2:15 PM.

They were exacting to detail, clean, friendly and respectful of my property. The last time I had a contractor crew near this good was when my roof was replaced in 2018 by a contractor and his seven men from Middletown.

My house looks wonderful! All of my new windows and the storm door are well fitted and sealed. The kitchen casement window set is a dream cone true! I can actually see out of them and easily reach the hand cranks to open for ventilation!

Thank you for everything and if I have another major project, I will call your company FIRST!
