Home Pro showed us many samples of siding and details about the windows they could offer us. The siding and windows we chose completely transformed the look of our home. The pricing was very competitive and Joe Duarte's commitment to quality came through. His employees did a fine job. We're completely satisfied. Joe has always responded to questions we had and had excellent suggestions and referrals for services we wanted that Home Pro doesn't offer, such as Air Conditioning.

Home Pro Exteriors did an outstanding job replacing all my windows, replaced the siding and since all that looked so good we went ahead and had the roof replaced as well. The process was excellent from our first meeting with Joe Duarte who went over all the details in terms of the materials, delivery and installation. The workers were careful, precise and did nothing less than a great job. Clean-up was also professional and complete. We are so very pleased with how well it looks now.

Five stars across the board! I can’t recommend Home Pro Exteriors highly enough. I wanted to install a skylight in a spot that previously had one but had been roofed over—though the original interior opening remained. I expected them to simply install the new skylight, but they went above and beyond, also repairing the interior framing, installing bead board and adding trim to finish it off. Now, my living room is flooded with natural light, and I couldn’t be happier!

On top of that, they even fixed a loose side panel on my house—at no extra charge. The team was punctual, meticulous, and incredibly respectful of my home, taking care to move or cover anything that might be affected. Outstanding service from start to finish!

After 6 years of having my siding installed a piece of the soffit came loose on the windiest day of the year. I called home pro and they sent someone within 45 minutes. They fixed the soffit and then checked around the house and found a piece of siding loose. It's so nice to see a company stand behind their products and installation. A windstorm took our roof and we struggled with our insurance company who were slow to respond. However, I called Home Pro and explained the situation. Kevin came the very next day. They initially said they would not be able to install the new roof till tge following week but once Kevin seen the water damage inside and reported it to Bill, they just changed their schedule around. We were expecting lots of rain and i was a nervous wreck. But Bill intervened with the insurance company, worked hard to get the permit and had tge roof installed before the rain. They saved my home from further damage. They explained the entire process, reassured me, and worked with a difficult insurance company. The best contractors I had at my house. I purchased and had installed an exterior door. Jim worked with us to get the exact style. The work crew came on time and were excellent. From the moment of consultation with Jim to the installation, everyone was very professional and friendly. Our door is beautiful and we are looking forward to purchasing another exterior door this summer.

Jim was great to work with. The work men who installed our front door did an excellent job. They were neat and cleaned up when they were finished. Review would have been 5 stars except we were unable to get the siding done. I believe it was due to a supplier problem not Home Pro issue. Hopefully we will be done as soon as the weather is nice again in the spring.

Absolutely fantastic experience. We've never done work like this before and it was a big job, so we were stressed by it (28 windows/patio doors, including expanding almost a dozen of them). Joe was great with the planning process and made multiple visits to get the vision right (including improving it with his recommendations) and pricing affordable. They had a small army of guys do the replacements in less than a week and with a great eye for detail. Couldn't recommend more.

My friend Linda Hall, recommended your company to me in late August, after I had difficulty finding a contractor who would even call me back or provide an estimate on work I needed done.

Your office staff was very helpful and I received a return call from Jim within a week of calling in early September. He made an appointment and came out within another week.

Jim explained every aspect of the job, which involved replacing 8 windows and 1 storm door on a 1952 Cape Cod with aluminum siding. He explained the order process and agreed to send me an estimate with 3 days.

I received the estimate within the 3 days and I had a few questions regarding materials and labor costs. These questions were resolved with 7 days and I sent my deposit to start the order process for the work.

About a month ago, (September 2024) I noticed that there were yellow jackets on my roof next to the front porch. I sensed that they had found an opening in the fascia of the roof.
So I decided to call Bill, the owner of the company, and without any hesitation, he sent two guys to check on my roof. I also learned that they spray I was applying had caused some discoloration of some of the shingles. His employees quickly told me that there was an opening in the fascia, so they closed it and applied a cleaning solution and brushed the fascia and shingles. The workers, who were friendly and respectful, also reinforced part of my porch to keep the flying insects out.

Our experience with Home Pro doing a complete roof replacement was excellent. The sale, contract signing with Jim Klein and tear off/installation went smoothly and efficiently. I appreciate care, politeness, and discipline. Thats what Pro brings. When a sky light had a leak near where they had put in our lifetime shingles, they insisted on immediate attention to the situation. A few days later the truck appeared at 8:00 am, and six hours later both sky lights were removed ,new trim, supports and sealing installed.
. After everything was cleaned up (even using a nail detector on the driveway), two guys cleaned and POLISHED the sky lights. Thats called pride ! Pro pride!

Guys were there at 7 am and didnt leave until the yard was spotless anf roof wad right .. and the comminication and customer service is over the top!!
