Sophie ( my one year old Rottweiler) got the idea by the first day. She learned where the boundry wasd set, and will not cross it, even to retrieve her favorite toy. I never had to raise the settings from the initial set up. Thanks for the peace of mind.

We had a disruption of the buried wire in our hidden fence and the technician identified the damaged wire and replaced it. We were back up and running quickly. Great service and efficient.

Hidden Fence helped me when we moved into a new house. They reprogrammed the fence and they were so great about helping us retrain the dogs. They even came back when my husband accidentally was digging and broke the wire! Super helpful and quick to respond.

Communications are easy and efficient. Trainers are excellent. I've had my Hidden Fence for 7 or 8 years and had two new dogs trained during that time. Follow customer service is also great.

The tech who came to service our Hidden Fence was professional and courteous. Had the problem fixed quickly. The service tech was dispatched the same day I called for service.

They were professional and punctual in installing a new Hidden Fence after our old one had been damaged too many times by our landscapers. The new upgraded equipment and rechargeable collars work great on our three dogs. They came several times to retrain two of our dogs and train our new dog. It was expensive, but well worth it.

From the initial contact to discuss the set up of the fence to the multiple times Francisco had to come over to help us with our dog, the experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this company and give everyone I came in contact with an A+. Customer service is very important to me and these guys were the best!
