I had a great experience with Hidden Fence of Minnesota from start to finish. They got back to me right away after my first inquiry and were always quick to respond. I never felt pressured to buy — they explained everything clearly and let me decide at my own pace.

I really like that they’re a local, family-owned business, and you can tell they care about their customers. The installation was scheduled quickly, done professionally, and they arrived exactly when promised. The training session was excellent — I felt comfortable right away, and my dog learned the boundaries faster than I expected.

We did have one small issue at first when the collar wouldn’t charge, but they came out the very next day and fixed it with no hassle. Their prices were fair compared to others I checked, and the warranties gave me extra peace of mind. Most importantly, my dog is so much happier now being able to run freely and safely in the yard. I’m really glad I chose Hidden Fence — highly recommend them!
