They were so helpful! I was skeptical at first, we have an old english bulldog and they are quite stubborn. We followed the directions and the video instructions and slowly worked her toward her own freedom. I was still skeptical! Call me a doubter. We were reminded that she may break out a few times before we have success. Happy to say this product has worked flawlessly! She respects the boundaries and has never crossed.

She has been antagonized by other dogs and kids and she still stays her distance! It has been an absolute great investment. Easy down and nice payment arrangement available! If you’re skeptical like me, don’t be! But you need to follow the directions and work with your dog!

We got our fence installed in May 2021 and love it. Our two dogs enjoy being able to go lay out in the front yard to people watch or run and play in the back yard. At first our small dog (8 pounds) was scared and stayed in a small area. However both dogs learned the boundaries really quickly and now explore the entire yard. Before the hidden fence they would run and explore the neighborhood if they got out the front door. Now they don’t even wear the collars most the time and they never leave the yard. Working with Hidden Fence of Minnesota was so easy! Their communication was great and once we were ready to pull the trigger and get the fence scheduling was a breeze. The install was quick and clean - I cannot imagine what my yard would have looked like if we tried to do it ourselves. We haven’t had any issues but have reached out with a question and their response time is great even...

I've been very happy with my invisible fencing. The staff that placed the wiring in the yard was very friendly,patient and took the time to explain how to use the fencing , and work with our dog on how to train him to adjust to the fencing.After the fencing was placed I could call with questions regarding the collar,set up,or how to adjust settings for the fencing also extra pointers on training the dog. I always received a quick response to my questions . The invisible fencing has kept our dog from roaming or bolting out of the yard when he sees another dog. I would highly recommend this service to anyone with a pet.

Hidden Fence is extremely easy to work with, and they provide a great product at a reasonable price.

Submitted for a quote on Monday, had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, and install took less than an hour.

They are also very good about training you as the pet owner, and then providing resources to assist in your pet’s onboarding in the weeks following installation.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for great service, quality equipment, and a competitive price.

Hidden Fence is our first invisible fence system. They were able to install our system quickly and they went above and beyond working in our yard with brand new sod to get it installed correctly so they wouldn't have to come back in the Spring. It is easy to use and their instructions were easy to understand and follow.

Hidden Fence was so easy to work with. The individual who came to our house and installed the fence was very professional, kind and patient with all our questions. He was very gentle with our dog when walking us through the training and was super knowledgeable about the product. This company really seems to care about making sure their customers are satisfied and taken care of.

We are so happy with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. We purchased our fence just recently for our german shepherd puppy. They responded to our request promptly and we scheduled an installation date. Charles, our installer arrived on time and explained everything clearly to us. He was very friendly and professional. during his time with us. He walked our dog around the yard by the fence and explained to stay back. He taught us how to do it as well. Our dog loves being outside without a leash. I highly recommend this product to anyone needing an invisible fence. Great product!!

Hidden Fence got back to us right away when we inquired. We had an appointment set up within days. The installer showed up right on time. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product. He showed us exactly what to do as far as training with our dog and went through the steps of setting the collar several times until we were comfortable with it. It has been the biggest blessing. Our dog goes outside freely all day long now. It has given him so much freedom. We all love it.

We looked into Hidden Fence about a year ago and got lots of great info but decided to hold off and train our dogs with an e-collar instead to stay in the yard. But with 3 kids and winter and having very active dogs (German Short Hairs) we needed a way to keep them in our 2 acre yard.

So we recently decided to have Hidden Fence installed and it was a GAME CHANGER! Our dogs (2 years old and 6 months old) quickly and easily learned the boundaries. The technician who came to install was VERY thorough and asked many times what questions we had. They were very responsive and I think I was most impressed with their customer service and follow up. I felt very supported as we started our boundary training and knew each step of the process and when to progress in training.
