From my first inquiry to Hidden Fence of MN, I felt well informed. Their website if full of helpful information in making the decision to do do business with them as a local Company and a USA made product.All services and costs were clearly detailed up front. I had a few questions that were answered in a timely and professional manner. I never felt pressured to make any decision along the way. Communication was mainly through text and email and it worked out very well. They offered to call at any time if it would be more convenient.Initial training was brief but follow up information was all sent via email. When we had a power outage that took our system out of operation, response time and assistance to get things back up and running was swift and courteous. They make sure to include all the training materials to help you and your dog have what you need to be successful. We had Hidden fence install our underground fence 9 years ago, and our 10 year old vizsla is still alive and happily able to run around our yard safely. We just added a much smaller puppy to our family, a little cavapoo. I was very nervous about how the same system would work for 2 dogs, one 50lbs, and one 10lbs. They came out and placed the flags back up and explained how the signals are set individually to each collar, so the 10lb dog is set at his level, and our 50 lb dog is set individually to her own collar. They did a training with us again with both dogs there, and our 8 month old cavapoo had it down within the first week! We live on a busy road, and I can still let our two dogs have all the space they need by not needing to have them chained up to keep them safe! We researched in ground fencing and picked Hidden Fence as they are a local company that seems to really care that their clients are satisfied with the fencing and the training. They have excellent customer service and are willing to come and work with you as needed so you and your dog feel comfortable. Our dog seemed to take to the fencing quickly. The scheduling and installation were both done in a timely manner, and the person we talked to on the phone was very helpful in choosing collar options, etc. The installer was very accommodating and helpful for deciding on the placement of the fence as well. We have a mini Golden Retriever, and he learned the ropes very quickly at a very low correction level. He's a happy boy now that he can roam the yard without being hooked to a leash at all times. Everything from the initial phone conversation to the follow up email to see how we were doing was done perfectly. I would highly recommend Hidden Fence. They did a great job and were very professional. The lawn looked good after and you couldn't tell they installed it. We have 2 dogs that are pretty finicky but they learned it and have been doing great. We love that we can sit outside with our dogs now and not worry about them running into our neighbors yards. We contacted Hidden Fence of MN to contain our new rescue pup. She's very energetic and strong willed. From the start communication was prompt and the team always very responsive to questions. That kind of service is hard to find! We had our fence laid above ground in winter and it was SO nice to be able to let our pup out of the house off leash and know she wouldn't be running in the street! She caught on fairly quickly once we got the setting correct. We started with the battery collar and have since upgraded to the rechargeable collar and use the app for corrections related to barking at people or dogs across the street. We were impressed with Hidden Fence of Minnesota from the moment we reached out to them via their website. It was a Sunday afternoon and they replied within minutes via email and phone. They showed up 2 days later for installation (in the snow/rain/sleet). and were professional and did a great job fencing in our 5-acre property!! They were transparent with their pricing and beat a popular national competitor by approximately 50%!! Unlike competitors, they were not "salesy" and we're able to articulate exactly how their system works, answering all of my questions in detail. I’m so glad we did not waste our time shopping around for our pet fence! I googled the service and Hidden Fence was the first and only company we looked into. Didn’t need to look any further, we were sold! They had everything right there at our fingertips and all sorts info for common questions that we had that were thoroughly answered. We have been completely satisfied with our underground fence. Customer service has been excellent within questions quickly answered. We needed a fence installed in our new house in the winter so they came out and installed the wire on top of the ground and came back in the spring to bury it once the ground had thawed.
