Hidden Fence of Minnesota

I came across their information on a walk and reached out to see if I could get an estimate. The pricing tool on the website was as clear as any I have seen and I knew exactly what it would cost up front. They reached out to see if I had any questions and were very easy to reach and get any questions answered. The scheduling process was only 10 days out and they had everything installed in 2 hours. The training afterwords was all we needed to get our dog trained on the boundaries. They followed up a few times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed any help. I have already sent their information to a friend and our realtor to reccomend to his future clients.

Great experience working with Bruce and Kenny. They showed up when they said they would and had my invisible fence re-routed and repaired very quickly at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again for any service needs because 'invisible' fence brand is non-existent in the Twin Cities and very expensive.

We have nothing but good things to say about Hidden Fence of MN. They are quick and thorough in their responses before installation AND after. We needed a layout change and additional help with training (not because of the training provided or the system itself, our dogs are just weird) and they have been quick to respond at all hours and make sure we are taken care of and questions are resolved quickly. I didn’t have to sit through a sales pitch and didn’t feel like I was being pressured to choose a certain system. David was very responsive when I had questions about their process and systems. We found Hidden Fence after first contacting one of their competitors. Their competitors were double the price and months out for installation. The ease of getting a quote online, fast installation (about a week for us) and quality product in the end was well worth it for us. Training took some time for us, but hidden fence reached out a couple of times to make sure it was going as planned and would have come out had we had any further issues. Their website if full of helpful information in making the decision to do do business with them as a local Company and a USA made product.All services and costs were clearly detailed up front. I had a few questions that were answered in a timely and professional manner. I never felt pressured to make any decision along the way. Communication was mainly through text and email and it worked out very well. They offered to call at any time if it would be more convenient.Initial training was brief but follow up information was all sent via email. When we had a power outage that took our system out of operation, response time and assistance to get things back up and running was swift and courteous. We had the best experience with Hidden Fence. They were so quick to respond and answered all of our questions (before and after installation). They make sure to include all the training materials to help you and your dog have what you need to be successful. The gentle training program helped our dog Coco be a master at knowing her perimeters right away. The icing on the cake was that it’s a super affordable way to keep her safe!

We had Hidden fence install our underground fence 9 years ago, and our 10 year old vizsla is still alive and happily able to run around our yard safely. We just added a much smaller puppy to our family, a little cavapoo. I was very nervous about how the same system would work for 2 dogs, one 50lbs, and one 10lbs. They came out and placed the flags back up and explained how the signals are set individually to each collar, so the 10lb dog is set at his level, and our 50 lb dog is set individually to her own collar. They did a training with us again with both dogs there, and our 8 month old cavapoo had it down within the first week! We live on a busy road, and I can still let our two dogs have all the space they need by not needing to have them chained up to keep them safe! Hidden Fence of Minnesota Installed our Fence almost a year ago! It was one of the best purchases we have ever made! They were very thorough explaining and helping with training questions. We researched in ground fencing and picked Hidden Fence as they are a local company that seems to really care that their clients are satisfied with the fencing and the training. They have excellent customer service and are willing to come and work with you as needed so you and your dog feel comfortable. Our dog seemed to take to the fencing quickly. We were considering installing a wireless fence ourselves, but when we found out HFOM was much more cost effective than the Invisible Fence brand (which seemed to be the only other option that didn't require us doing the work), we decided to go with them. The scheduling and installation were both done in a timely manner, and the person we talked to on the phone was very helpful in choosing collar options, etc. The installer was very accommodating and helpful for deciding on the placement of the fence as well. We have a mini Golden Retriever, and he learned the ropes very quickly at a very low correction level. He's a happy boy now that he can roam the yard without being hooked to a leash at all times. I would recommend Hidden Fence for sure!
