Great service from our initial consult all the way through an issue with the collar that they promptly came out to troubleshoot! We love our dog and wanted to play with her in the yard and a physical fence doesn't 'fit' for our home. So, after some research and a visit from a competitor, we felt confident that Hidden Fence was the right choice for us. Our initial consultation was scheduled quickly, was informative, and pressure free. The installation was amazingly fast, and the initial training done with our two dogs was thorough. They easily beat out bids of other fencing companies, and the 0% financing is as good as it gets! All the guys at Hidden Fence of MN have an obvious love for dogs, and it showed throughout the entire process. Our dogs, Phoebe and Sampson, love the freedom they now have in our yard, and we are comforted with the peace of mind that our dogs will be safe

We have been very pleased with our hidden fence, as has our goldendoodle, Zeppelin. The responsiveness of the company following our initial request was very expedient. Installation was scheduled the day after we moved into our new house and went seamlessly, which was a blessing with the chaos that comes with a big move. Our pup has definitely enjoyed his new found freedom and loves sitting outside early in the morning, surveying his "domain" and feeling the breeze through his fur. He's a happy pup and I would highly recommend hidden fence to any dog owner.

We're very happy with our new Hidden Fence for our 4 year old Giant Schnauzer. It's wonderful for her to be outside with us and not have to worry about her running off. Working with Hidden Fence of Minnesota​ was super easy -- after a thorough explanation of the system it was installed within days, the initial training was complete and our next training steps were clearly laid out. Following the training plan we were given was easy and within about two weeks our dog was fully trained. The system has been very reliable so far and is quite customizable on our own without having to pay for a service call like their competitors and Hidden Fence is always available and quick to answer any questions we have. In addition the total cost was about half the big name guys!

Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend Hidden Fence.

We had Hidden Fence installed earlier this summer for our 8 month old Boston Terrier puppy and we could not be happier. With three kids running in and out of the house all summer long, we knew that we needed a fencing solution so Dugg didn't just run out of the yard constantly. I contacted Hidden Fence and had an immediate response back from Dave. He was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and was a great guy to work with throughout the entire process. Our hidden fence was installed shortly after and Dugg took to right away. Within a few weeks, he was perfectly trained and we haven't had any issues...even when playing with the labs next door chasing tennis balls, Dugg will stop at the fence line 100% of the time rather than cross over. We are extremely happy with our decision to go with Hidden Fence of MN and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking...

Dave and his staff at Hidden Fence are straight-forward with no pressure to sell. They will educate you on what to expect. Response time was very fast and timely. The support after the installation was excellent as I had trouble getting my dog trained. They helped troubleshoot the issues and immediately changed the outcome. My dog loves being able to run around the yard, I LOVE having him out with me walking all over the yard without worrying about him running after cars and chasing him around the neighborhood. Dave even caught a billing error in my favor and called me to let me know about a refund coming my way, with an apology. If you are thinking about an invisible fence for your dog, I believe that Dave and his team are who you want to hire.

This is the first review I've ever left for a company/product but I feel Hidden Fence of Minnesota is worth the time and effort in doing so. It is rare these days (in my opinion) to find exceptional customer service. Hidden Fence provides this and then some. We have zero regrets with the entire system and customer service. My husband and I both highly recommend this company.

OK, so here's what you need to know. It works. More on that later. Our dog is a yappy miniature schnauzer who is curious about everything and, one day, she ran out of our yard into a nearby pond. We got her out, but knew at that point, we had to take action. After viewing the other positive reviews, we decided to call Hidden Fence of MN. They scheduled the appointment promptly, arrived early and were professional. Personality-wise, they were down-to-earth, friendly and actually *listened*. We had tons of questions and they answered all of them. Heck, they even taught us how to train our dog how to use (and get used to) the system. One thing I don't recommend: Don't walk to the perimeter of the your yard, with your dog's collar in your hand, to see "if it really works." It does. In any event, if you need to contain your dog, look no further. The folks at Hidden Fence will...

Install was fast and on time. Fence is configured exactly how we wanted (we have a couple garden areas that are fenced off). Our very active Shorthair Pointer does great with the fence, she learned the boundary quickly and it keeps her in the yard.

These guys were awesome! We originally looked into "invisible fence", but after doing more research we decided to go with Hidden Fence of Minnesota​ because they're locally owned, use American-made products, and got great reviews. We couldn't be happier! Great education with training, the installation was fast and convenient, and our 90 pound lab Eddie has never been happier! If we forget the collar he still stays away from the fence just due to the great training tips we got! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an invisible fence alternative for their furry friend!

Everyone was great to work with, the fence works awesome and the install was fast and clean. I would definitely recommend Hidden Fence as a pet containment system .

Having just moved to the Minneapolis area with our two dogs, we spent a lot of time shopping around for the best solution to keep our dogs on the yard. I am so thankful for finding Hidden Fence of Minnesota ... from the very first contact they have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and professional. They installed our fence temporarily in the dead of winter, and then came back this spring to bury the wire and make sure everything was working according to plan. David & Bruce have been fantastic at answering our questions and helping us make our new house a home for our dogs. If you are looking for a solution for your pets, please check them out!

These guys are great to work with and the system has been wonderful. We had a new construction schedule to work around and they were able to install on short notice around the builders schedule. We also had some specifics for the install and they were able to accommodate everything for us. Great service and a great product make for a great company to work with. We had Hidden Fence of Minnesota install our fence about two years ago and our coon hound could not be more happy with it. The training was simple and only took about a week.

Hidden Fence has been great for our family. Raising a 2 year old yellow lab and 1 year old golden retriever, we quickly realized the importance of having a fence. We personally are not fans of physical fences so hidden fence ended up being perfect for us. We received three quotes from three different companies. Hidden Fence was by far the most affordable, while getting a very high quality at the same time. It has been great for our two dogs. Their training guide works to a T and they have been great at getting back to me in a timely manner whenever I have needed help. I highly recommend hidden fence for anyone looking to train their dogs to stay inside their yard.

I had my Hidden Fence installed last spring and could not be happier! My golden retriever is a rescue and a "runner" so aside from installing a very expensive physical fence I thought I'd try this route. Dave and the teams response time was exceptional to any and all questions that I have had including my most recent regarding batteries. Installation took about an hour followed by a training session for not only my pup but myself as well. They walk you through the do's and don'ts for getting your pup to understand the boundaries and how to react to the warnings. I was amazed that after only a couple weeks my pup was keeping her distance from my yards perimeter. Since the initial training my retriever has only tried to "test" the boundaries a couple times. One of them being just after our first snow this past fall.

We have two very active puppies (7 months old and 2 years) and they LOVE their fence. We had a great experience with Hidden Fence from the initial consultation, the installation and the initial training session. They are very knowledgable and great to work with. They were able to accomodate our needs and even put up with our puppies wanting to be part of the process! The dogs love being able to roam freely outside and have been happier puppies ever since. Very well priced and worth every $$! Highly recommend to anyone looking!
