Hidden Fence of MN was amazing! We have had the system for 3 months and had no issues. They came out right away and the price was competitive with other major companies. Training was very simple and they answered all of our questions. Adjusting the system during training was easy and our life is much more stress free not having to worry about our 2 dogs running off every time one of the kids opens the door. Best thing we did for us and our dogs and highly recommend Hidden Fence.

I called one other competitor and I was blown away to then call hidden fence, and learn it was the same technology exactly. hidden fence had the competition beat hands down with advice, service , training COST! Glad we went with Hidden Fence of MN, installation was quick and easy, the price was better than others and the size of the collars were a better fit for our smaller dogs. We were happy with the training, the system is easy to use and both of our dogs were able to adapt to the changes in their environment without any issues. It is so nice not to have to chase down a loss dog and for the dogs to understand their boundaries. Very glad we chose to work with Hidden Fence of MN.

We did have a little problem with one of the battery packs after a couple of months, and a new one was sent out quickly without any questions asked. We are so happy with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. From my first inquiry, the response time was awesome and we had our fence installed in less than a week. I was worried at first because my puppy was being hard headed but it worked! When the other dogs bark or walk by our house she knows exactly how far she can go and goes no further. Awesome experience with Hidden Fence. Dave was extremely resourceful in answering all of our questions upfront. He conduced preliminary training on our puppy prior to the installation which was very helpful. We are nearly three weeks into the installation and our puppy is doing fantastic. Then in person discussion a day before the work. On the day of work, they showed up right on time and completed the work within few hours. Then we went through training the puppy. We also learned a lot about how not to confuse our puppy. Hidden Fence employees are very patient answering our questions. Even silly questions from kinds. My kids were concerned about puppy getting hurt. They set the color at right level and make them feel it and then they are OK to put it in puppy neck. We would recommend Hidden Fence to anyone looking for invisible fence.

Hidden Fence of Minnesota is a very professional business. They were quick in their email responses and very accommodating on installation dates. Training was very thorough.

My dog was fully trained in 3 days. I no longer worry that he will chase after a bunny or just go for an extended walk without us. He loves to be outside so now it's the best of all worlds for all of us.

I'd recommend Hidden Fence of Minnesota for the customer service alone. My wife and I first met them at the Home and Garden Show. Their sales rep was awesome and really explained all options. Their competition literally ignored us when we went to their booth. When I had a problem with the fence after install I was contacted an hour of request and the problem was solved right away. I'm happy with their product and glad I chose them.

We had an amazing experience with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. We had a hidden fence installed April 2017. I researched several other companies and everything always kept pointing back to Hidden Fence of Minnesota. Our experience with them has been top notch from start to finish. Dave walked me through all the options and answered all of my questions. They were easy to work with on an installation schedule. They came out and installed the system for our 2 acres and it took about 3 hours from start to finish.. He was great!! Very friendly! Bruce helped train the dogs and was great to work with as well. Great service. Install was easy and didn't wreck the lawn. Everything was explained well and videos on website are great when you forget something. We needed a little extra coaching for our dog and responded quickly with great advise. widh we did have to take cover off control panel make adjustments.

Hidden Fence is amazing. My Runner dog now stays in the yard!! Very professional!!!
