I am VERY happy I had Hidden Fence installed. My dog and my family are definitely benefiting from the containment AND freedom it gives. The staff and Hidden Fence are very accessible and helpful! Whenever I had a few questions they texted or called back promptly.

Bruce was very responsive to our questions after install. He also came out a few weeks later to personally help me train my older dog since she was not used to an electronic fence. I’m sure you would be happy with Hidden Fence of MN if you need an e-fence.

The people at Hidden Fence were wonderful from first contact to install. The owner, Bruce is very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly. The technology is very helpful too, with its remote training and also in monitoring my dog’s movements with regards to warnings and fence breaches. We had our invisible fence installed in November. Everyone was very professional, timely, and extra helpful from talking on the phone in regards to quotes and scheduling to the end. I felt the need to write this review to share our entire experience with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. After having a small dog for 2 years we were struggling with keeping our Morkie in our yard in a busy neighborhood with lots of dogs and kids. Hidden Fence came out educated us on our options, providing the most competitive price for the highest quality system and had everything installed and ready within 5 days of our first contact. The system worked great, easy to program/configure, and with the Hidden Fence training our dog was comfortable with the system and compliant within a few weeks.
Unfortunately, about 4 months after our installation, we made a difficult family decision to part ways with our furry friend, and my parents adopted our little buddy. Remembering Dave (owner) mentioning their 100% money back satisfaction guarantee, I decide to reach out to him and explain...

We moved into a new house (after having a fenced-in yard for our 2 dogs at our last house). Our new house has a different layout of where the house sits on the lot and different slopes, and putting in a regular fence would be tricky. With the Hidden Fence, our dogs are able to enjoy our whole yard, yet they are still contained from running. Purchasing a Hidden Fence system has been one of the best decisions we ever made! It has been so great to be able to let our dog Newman run out in the yard and play! The guy who installed the fence was super helpful and friendly. He took the time to show us how to train our dog to know his boundaries, and we couldn't believe how quickly he learned! We had a slight issue with the collar, the plastic piece broke--we're not sure how, but one quick call and there were 2 new ones in the mail for us within 2 days!! Great customer service!! Our family was getting a puppy at the end of November. We started researching fencing options. Hidden Fence of MN was very affordable and was willing to install the system before the ground froze as well as, prior to us getting our puppy. Installation process was extremely easy! They even informed us, once you feel your new puppy is comfortable in his new home we'll then come out and train. Was never asked to pay until training was complete and we were satisfied. We are very happy with our hidden fence! The rep was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, and was quick to respond (even on a Sunday!). The pricing was much better than other quotes, paired with excellent customer service. We moved into a new house and they were quick to come out and install, and did a great job teaching me how to use the system and train my high-anxiety dog. Very professional and helpful all around. Quick response and install! Dave responded quickly to my inquiry on a fence for our yard. He has straight forward pricing and no pressure to install. His tech was fast and efficient with the install. He arrived on time and communicated throughout the process. Our dog has had a few break throughs, but she is also a big dog, we continue to provide correction and they attempts are less and less frequent. This has been the greatest - we live in the country and my dog wanted to be the neighborhood dog. I was constantly looking for her. We have a big area and she still has plenty of room to run, which she loves to do. The staff is so helpful and loved their caring concern for my dog.
