Professional from start to finish- with continued excellent service. My initial call to a competitor was shockingly poor - as if they didn’t care about my business. The kid on the phone told me i called the wrong regional store and couldn’t hang up fast enough- didn’t give me the number or anything. When i used google to find the right store - Hidden Fence came up and i am so glad!! I entered my info and when he called back we talked for 45 minutes _ all my questions and concerns addressed. Install date was my choice and a reschedule on my part was met with a ‘no problem!’. Mike installed a 3 acre fence through thorns and woods without a problem. Price was excellent- and absolutely worth it. Very happy dogs- and client!

Great experience working with Hidden Fence of Minnesota. Dave was wonderful in explaining the system, how it would work and addressing my many questions. The installation was completed quickly and the initial training session was great - for both our puppy and me. I am slightly hard of hearing and could not always hear the correction signal, but our puppy could. The initial training session taught both of us what we needed to do to continue to reinforce the correction process. Our labradoodle puppy now loves the freedom to run and play and we have the confidence that he knows and respects his boundaries. We are very happy that we chose Hidden Fence of Minnesota.

We had hidden fence install a wireless fencing system for our new puppy. The installer was on time, quick and spent ample time explaining they system to me and training techniques for the puppy. They also left written materials for the system and training. Pepper learned quickly and it has been a huge relief to know she won’t easily run out of the yard when we are playing.

Fantastic experience with this company ! Our lake was becoming less “free range dog” friendly but we wanted our dogs to be able to swim and come out to the dock at will - just not visit the neighbors. Had a great experience with installing a fence for my cat (yes, cat). They actually have a guy who works specifically with cat owners. He was super helpful. They were prompt at responding to my inquiry, I liked that they are a local company, and they have great customer service. Highly recommend!

My family and our 2 puppies have enjoyed working with Hidden Fence of MN. This was our very first experience with this pet containment system. These guys were very flexible with our schedule as well. The installation and training of our dogs was top notch. We live showing off system to friends and family. We really enjoy using the iPhone app inside the house as a remote trainer to prevent these puppies from eating the house down.

Hidden Fence was a great option for us! They were far less expensive than similar brands and met me at the price and options I needed. My girl didn't need formal training (so I didn't need to pay for that) and Hidden Fence left great training tips which made training so simple. We haven't had any issues, still on Level 2, and it has given us so much peace of mind that our dog can run free, roam the yard and still stay close by. Highly recommend!

Hidden Fence was great to deal with on the install at our home. My dogs picked up in the training quickly. They did not require any deposit to do the work and cost much less than other underground fence companies. They will be also installing at my lake home in the near future. I’ve recommended them to others and they have been happy as well. Completely recommend.

We contacted Hidden Fence for information on getting in ground fencing for our 2 dog home. They have some pricing on the website, but I wanted more clarification. I had a quote back within 48 hours and then we sat on it for about a month. In that time, they did not hound me, they did not keep asking me if I was interested, they just let us think and plan.

After agreeing to get the fencing done, I let them know we were ready to proceed. Texting was an easy way for them to communicate, which was another plus. Installation was done quickly and they provided us with all the instruction we needed to train our 2 dogs.

About 3 weeks later, doing some yard work and we broke the line. They were out the next morning to fix our mistake.
