Hidden Fence of MN is a wonderful company. We contacted them on a Monday and they were out installing that Friday. We got a quote right away when filling out the quote request. They called to see if we had any question, and helped picked a better package that was $300-400 cheaper than our quote (using different collars- which were perfect for our needs). We didn’t need to put down any money, and after doing a couple searches of other companies we knew we wanted to use them, and liked that they are a small family owed business. The person who came out to install the fence was very knowledgeable on the equipment and spent a lot of time showing us how to use the system. He spent a good 30 minutes showing us how to train our dogs, and with in 1 week even our 4 month old puppy has stayed put in the yard. I had Hidden Fence install an underground fence for my dog. I was provided the feature I wanted, which was a barrier so my dog could enjoy both the front yard and the back, but could not freely run between them. This feature was the same as if I had chosen the traditional fence. I was given a price over the phone. This price was $700.00 less than their main competitor. They also could install the fence weeks earlier than the other competitor. They were late because of a very challenging yard, before coming to us. They called and kept us updated as to their arrival. He was professional and very friendly as well as completed the job in just a few short hours.
