Great company! They are super quick with their response times. You don’t ever feel like they install and then vanish. They are there for you if you have any issues after installation. Our dogs got the idea in less then 3 days. Super happy with the results. Highly recommend.

They were very responsive to my inquiry of the fence. Very friendly staff from the phone call to the two guys who installed it. Worked with my schedule to get it installed and worked with me to make sure I knew how to adjust the fence. Would highly recommend and very affordable!

We were in the market for a new underground fence for our dog. We heard of Hidden Fence and decided to check them out. So happy we did because they were prompt in responding to our inquiry as well as scheduling a time to have the system installed. They didn't pressure us into anything we didn't need, and were very professional and prompt again when we needed additional help with training after the system was installed. Fantastic family owned business. Hidden Fence far exceeded our expectations. Everything was installed just as they promised and the first training went very well. They offered additional training, but to tell the truth we didn’t need anymore. Charlie caught on right away and within a few days I was no longer holding the leash and he was minding the boundary. He’s a smart little guy and when I had the power set real low the first day he decided to be cute to jump over the fence and then jump back. It was almost as if he could see the field around the wire. As soon as I increased the level of correction that stopped. His favorite person in the world is our mailman and he just goes nuts when Tim comes to our house. So his final test was having Tim come to our house just outside the detainment zone and see if Charlie would cross the line.I Charlie just went up to the line and then he sat...

Super easy process. We were able to get a quote right away and schedule installation for a few days later. Joe was on time, extremely friendly, and was great with our dog. You could really tell Joe is a dog lover, and cared about making sure we all understood the training process. Piper was sad to see her new best friend leave!

Hidden Fence of MN is a wonderful company. We contacted them on a Monday and they were out installing that Friday. We got a quote right away when filling out the quote request. They called to see if we had any question, and helped picked a better package that was $300-400 cheaper than our quote (using different collars- which were perfect for our needs). We didn’t need to put down any money, and after doing a couple searches of other companies we knew we wanted to use them, and liked that they are a small family owed business. The person who came out to install the fence was very knowledgeable on the equipment and spent a lot of time showing us how to use the system. He spent a good 30 minutes showing us how to train our dogs, and with in 1 week even our 4 month old puppy has stayed put in the yard. Our dogs get to run free and play without the dangers of running in the street!!...

Very happy with the speed of their reply for a quote and with the price. They've been very responsive; however, we've had a few issues with the wire not being buried properly so we've had to ask them to re-visit us.

We had Hidden Fence installed about a month ago! The training went very well and my German Shepperd enjoying his freedom from the leash! The entire process was very easy, we received a quote super fast, scheduling the install and the communication was clear and easy, installation team was professional and gave us all we needed to know during that first training session. I had Hidden Fence install an underground fence for my dog. I was provided the feature I wanted, which was a barrier so my dog could enjoy both the front yard and the back, but could not freely run between them. This feature was the same as if I had chosen the traditional fence. I was given a price over the phone. This price was $700.00 less than their main competitor. They also could install the fence weeks earlier than the other competitor. They were late because of a very challenging yard, before coming to us. They called and kept us updated as to their arrival. The employees were friendly and very patient. They showed me the function of the control box until I clearly understood it. Their training was excellent.

We had our fence installed in April. Thanks to Caleb for nicely putting the system together for us. He also clearly walked us thru it and the training was pretty good that our 2 year old coton de tulear adjusted pretty quickly and we’re enjoying more time out on the yard with him. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend hidden fence. They came out fast to get the job done and were very professional answering any questions I had. The guys that installed were great with our dogs and helping to walk the property with them. They were done in a couple hours. Very fast and efficient work.
