We are very pleased with Hidden Fence of Minnesota! From start to finish they have been so helpful. They explained the product and gave an estimate with in hours of initial contact. It took a few hours to install, they explained how to operate the system and collar. Then explained how to introduce the fence to our dog. During the training process they would check in. We had our Hidden Fence installed a few months ago due to our dog(s) consistently finding a way to get out of our fenced backyard (jumping the fence or bolting through an open gate). After much research, we decided to utilize Hidden Fence of MN. The customer service was excellent and very helpful in answering all of our questions and concerns. The installation timeframe was prompt and the installer was open and accommodating to our unique set-up/request for layout of the boundaries. Since installation, we have had no issues/escapes from our dogs and are very satisfied with the system. We even recently had an issue with our neighbor aerating his lawn and disrupted the fence line. We had a hidden fence installed for our energetic 10 month old Australian Shepherd mix puppy. After about two weeks of training she was still running over to visit a puppy friend next door. I sent a text to Hidden Fence and within the hour I received a call back to talk about possible steps to help and received multiple follow ups from the company days later to check in. Hidden Fence of Minnesota is the absolute best for invisible fences. The system is comprehensive and goes beyond just keeping dogs in the yard. The app is easy to use and includes the remote trainer to encourage good pet behavior. We also have an indoor boundary unit by our front door, which has been great so our dog doesn't charge the front door when greeting guests. Most importantly Hidden fence has the best service, they are extremely quick to respond and will get a service tech out to resolve any issues as soon as possible. So glad we went with Hidden Fence more than two years ago, no regrets!

We had a particularly "eager" puppy (lab) and Hidden Fence was great to work with to help make adjustments to ensure our lab was safe in our yard. They came out several times and also were always available via phone for consultation. And now our 1 year old can safely be in our yard!

A huge shout out to hidden fence! We were lucky Enough to have Joe come and install and teach us on how to use our new fence. He was so patient with us and really gave our dog some TLC!!! He didn’t leave until I had actually recorded him live on how to reset my dogs collar! Our dog is still learning her boundaries but is really making improvement. Hidden fence was so great! They were very efficient and professional with the install. Our doggies absolutely love to roam around. They worked with our yard to make it work the best to give the dogs the most space to roam while being safe. They were super responsive to questions we had. We installed Hidden Fence 10 years ago for our black lab. The system has been fantastic. The wire was accidentally cut by a contractor and they were very responsive and timely with fixing it. We recently adopted a new puppy and contacted Hidden Fence for an additional training collar and a refresher course to train the new puppy. They were great to work with. They came out and completed the training for the new puppy within 24 hours of contaciting them. Their customer service has always been great when I have called regarding training, batteries, collar replacement, etc. I would highly recommend and intend to use them again if we move.

I decided to use Hidden Fence of Minnesota for my 10 week old pup, even after several people told me I could do it myself for much cheaper. I was very worried about having a young dog living on a 55mph road. My GSP is now 5 months old and doesn’t even think about crossing the boundaries. I never felt like she was being hurt, and she’s not afraid to run around, she just turns at the boundaries. Even if she gets out without her collar on. I am so glad I invested in this system because it has eased my mind so much. I don’t think I would have the same confidence if I had attempted to DIY. The staff is always super helpful, and I feel like if I run into any issues, they will stand behind their work. So worth the peace of mind!
